Your muscles grow while resting/recovering, not while lifting so yes.

keep doing what you usually do.

when you are on cycle your RBC count is higher so you recover quicker. just listen to your body. doesn't mean on cycle you won't still need to take a day off here and there to give the body a break.

guys that do a lot of hard labor with their jobs tend to need more rest days than guys like me that sit on their asses all day in an office for work. but that is a whole nother discussion
