Off Cycle(now I need opinions)

I just finished my deca/omna cycle and am going to change my splits around. I also put this on the training board, but hoped to get some opinions from you guys as well. Here goes tell me what you guys think:

day1-chest/front+side delts
day2-back/rear delts
day3-off
day4-bi's/tri's
day5-legs/forearms
day6-off

To tell you the truth I really want more growth out of my biceps. Do you guys think there is enough rest in between my back and my biceps day for them to rest, or would you guy's switch day4 with day5??(the only problem with that is then my triceps might not get enough rest with my chest day)
Thanks

if i were u i would split it up into 3 workouts a week on non-consecutive days. since your coming off a cycle u need the extra recovery days. i would train as follows.

Mon. - Chest, Shoulders, Tris
Tues. - rest
Wed. - Legs
Thurs. - rest
Fri. Back, biceps, forearms
Sat. and Sun. - rest

*train abs as u feel fit and do only light amounts of cardio. again be careful not to overtrain. gym time should not exceed an hour per session.

at this point i wouldnt be as concerned with adding too much bicep size. maintainance coming off a cycle is more suited for you at this time. it may not seem like much but believe me, with the extra recovery days u might not only maintain alot of your current size, but may grow a lil bit as well.

Damn, you really think I should only work out 3x a week and wait a full week in between working the same muscle??That seems like a lot of time to recover. Too much. Any other opinions??

I think your training should be dictated by how you feel and not just the fact that you are coming off cycle. I mean, do you feel like you just ran the gauntlet or are you ready for more hard work? It's good to listen to opinions but you should only use that information to back up what your body is telling you.

Everyone is different. Maybe you can still recover fast enough to continue traning body parts more than once a week. Or may some of your body parts can handle 2x and some can't.

I'm 36 and find that my major muscle groups respond to once a week wether I'm on or off cycle. However, I hit my bi's and tri's 2x week. One time heavy and one time light. On chest day I hit tri's but only with things like cable presses and kickbacks because they're burnt from the pressing stuff. On shoulder days I hammer the dog shit outa my tri's. Bi's are worked hard on leg day and easy on back day. I have 2 days rest in between each bi workout, same for tri's.
