Just found this hiding in my computer, it was taken in Oct after my first cycle

I am 27, the cycle was 500mg sust/week 1-8, dbol 30mg/ed for week 1-4, but I did train naturally for 10 years first. In the pic I was 205lbs, I'm in week 4 of my 2nd cycle and am at 220lbs now.

Looking solid!!!! We have similiar body types. My goal is to hit 210lbs at 6-7bf%.

At 220lbs you must be a fucking monster!!!!

What is your goal weight? or is it get as big as possible? What is your bf%? HOW DO YOU KEEP YOU DIET?

Thanks, M56M, my goal is to get as big as I can then try a level 1 competition that's held in my town to see how I do. I think I have the shape, just need the size now. Not a monster yet, but that is the goal.
As far as my diet, I was far from strict when that shot was taken, my waist was actually up 2 inches, from 30 to 32", when I am trying to stay lean I try to balance diet with a few extra cardio sessions/every week first thing in the morning.

I will be posting pics after this cycle, I know i will hit my goal the only problem is maintaining it after the cycle. Thats always the tough part.

Thanks, I'm a little worried about taking post cycle pics, I'm already up almost 20lbs on this one but I'm feeling kinda fat, you know how it is!!

My diet generally consists of 4 small meals a day, with 2-3 whey shakes as well, for a total of 6-7 servings of protein per day. I tend to eat a lot of cottage cheese and chicken, especially when working on being lean. I'm bulking now in the middle of my 2nd cycle that the lean part is out the window! I try to eat decent sized meals, without counting calories, but don't like to eat till I'm full either, makes it difficult to want to eat again in 2 hours
 
all i can say is: these pics are not what i would expect from a guy coming online with the nick "needsize" and a pic of nelson muntz in his avatar. keep up the good work, you are looking great.

What about carbohydrate intake? Other than your shakes... what carbs are included in your meals....?

My preworkout carbs come from oatmeal and bananas, other than that mostly high fibre bread, I'm really partial to pb and j sandwiches, other than that I find keeping my carbs low help me to stay leaner.
My other meals are pretty simple and consistent, eggs and toast for breakfast, chicken potatoes vegetables for lunch or dinner, tuna sandwiches, I am also partial to cottage cheese as a snack. In this pic I am actually 2-3% higher in bodyfat than usual though, but this type of diet generally keeps me close to my target
 
so with all those sandwiches and toast you are actually eating quite a
bit of bread... it sounds as though you may be having 6 to 8 slices a day...

is that correct?
 
Thanks Tantric, as far as the bread, it generally works out to 4 slices on most days at 250 calories for 2 slices, at most maybe 6.
