Observations made while taking ALA for the past week...

I started taking ALA on Sunday and I've made some observations both in the gym and outside the gym that I'm willing to bet can be attributed to the ALA.

Depending on the size of my meal with respect to carbs, I've been taking between 600-900mg of ALA with each meal. I've been doing this about 3 times per day, so at the end of the day I've taken between 1800-2700mg of ALA.

Some of the observations I've made in the gym include increased muscle hardness and density immediately after each set. I've also noticed that it's not as easy to experience muscle fatigue during reps as it was before I was taking ALA. This is a good thing because it allows me to maintain better form while increasing the weight between sets, which of course means that I'm making progress.

Some of the observations I've made outside the gym were not so desirable. On Monday, I took a piss in the morning while at work and immediately noticed a terrible smell in the bathroom. At first I thought the janitor forgot to clean up from the night before and left a bottle of bleach or ammonia in the room without the cap screwed on. Then I realized the smell was coming from the bowl! Man, it smells terrible. I stopped for a moment and thought about how embarassing it might be if someone walked into the bathroom before I got a chance to flush my toxic piss. I took a good look at the toxic smelly crap and quickly flushed it before anyone walked it.

Anyway, I'd like to know from other people if they have experienced the same *desirable* affects of ALA. I dont want to hear about your smelly piss, thanks :D

Not the Nationals, but the Atlantic States in June. I'm about 175 at the moment, and very solid. I'm thinking about continuing to bulk for an additional 2 weeks, which leaves me about 8 weeks of strict dieting. If I diet any sooner, like now, then I'll lose muscle, I know it.

Check this out....

350mg Winstrol V/week
300mg Suspension/week
400mg Primobolan Depot/week

Probably some arimidex to reduce the aromoatizing affects of the Suspension. That should be fine.

I'm not worried about bloating too much from Suspension because I'm currently taking 1000mg of Sustanon with Arimidex and I have zero problems with bloating. I'm thinking that I should have even less of a problem with Suspension given that the dosage is 700mg less than my current dosage of Sustanon. Not to mention the fact that I'll be dieting and taking in less carbs while on the Suspension, which will also help in avoiding any bloating.

Have you taken suspension before? This will be my first time.

I have also been taking it for 1 week. Anywhere from 200 to 600 mg (depending on the meal) with every meal.

I also notice the muscle hardness (not just in the gym but out as well). Also like you I notice the smelly part.

Other observations so far - I never get that "I want to sleep" after a big meal feeling anymore and it seems that I never feel full anymore even though my meals are the same. It almost feels like the food is gone as soon as I eat it. I have noticed a couple of light headed occasions and I must eat something without ALA before my workout (just something little like a quick energy bar).
 
Suspension is water-based, and therefore works faster and is easier to regulate, just like Winstrol. The primo is oil-based, but I must add it to my cutting cycle. :D

Re: Piss smell

My piss stinks bigtime. What does this "special gene: mean? Does ALA work better than for other people? I take 900mg's /day.
 
I thought the bad pee smell was from the Milk Thistle I started (started same time as ALA). hmmmm guess I was wrong.

My workout partner was the one who first noticed it (on himself). He told me "Gbus! dewd my piss smells like 'burnt tires'."
:lmao: LOL now all I think about every time I take a piss is 'burnt tires' :lmao:
