i remember a few years ago reading somewhere about doing oblique crunches like this:
lie on your back with your legs bent and to one side flat on the floor, put your hands behind your head and bring the opposite elbow to whichever side your legs are to meet your knee in the middle, so you are swinging your legs up at the same time as doing the crunch and meeting elbow to knee in the middle.
does anyone do them like this?
