I have 1 & 1/2 packages of mushrooms & was thinking of making a Chicken Piccata or something.....recipe, ideas (healthy ones! 
)

well piccata does not contain mushrooms
simply white wine lemon juice capers and butter
but i see no reason you could not add mushrooms
they do work in that dish
could also add artichoke hearts and chopped tomatoes...called louisiane
sautee then add alittle keto tomato sauce and finish with a dab of butter and serve on keto pasta tossed in xv olive oil
mushrooms and chicken....merely sautee them and top your chicken and add alittle goat cheese (or you fav cheese) and broil
add them sauteed to salsa and top your chicken and then jack and cheddar a couple dashes of tobasco and melt serve on lettuce
mushrooms always great in a salad
i have a thai beef salad on my thread that you could sub chicken for the beer and add the raw mushrooms
shrooms are god's food...i could eat a pound with nothing but brown butter and goat cheese
my favs are shiitake ( japanese golden oak mushrooms or chinese black mushrooms)

lol and of course you could stir fry them
classic moo goo gai pan
chicken
onions
mushrooms
celery
water chestnut
red bell pepper
and alittle light soy
toss in alittle flax seed meal and you have something tasty
variations:
add cashew or other nut
on a carb up day add alittle diced mango
can had some chili flakes

If you don't mind using a little butter, you can saute(sp) them in butter and a little bit of lemon juice. I had mushrooms like that tonight with the ribeye, yum!
