2) people work so much they have no choice but to eat on the fly for that 1 hour break
3) people in their 20's drink and party so much, treating their bodies like shit. They'll look hot forever baby! ... Then they hit 30.
4) they don't realize, 20 mins a day, 3x a week - is all you need to be in shape for the rest of your life.

But people are lazy. They rather concentrate on stupid shit like legalizing marijuana, britney spears life, nipples on facebook, how to buy the most expensive home possible and other kinds of shit.
