oatmeal out the arse

i am have oatmeal coming out of my ears.... I have been eating it 2 to 3 times a day for my carb source... What are the thoughts on sweet potatoes, kidney beans and black beans as low Gi sources of carbs....

fyi - 69 days till memorial day weekend!!!!
 
sweet potatoes and or yams are very good for ur carbs also the beans but just watch the amount because they are high in carbs. Also brown rice is good. I know how you feel everything is so old now try oat bran to or put some cottage cheese in your oatmeal its not that bad with splenda.
 
Oat bran, steel cut oats, cream of wheat, brown rice, lentils, chick peas, rolled oats, five grain oats.
 
I eat oatmeal more often then others simply because it's so fast to cook. But on days that I have time, I like to cook brown rice.

Unfortunately, I have been out of oatmeal for several days. I've been using wheat bread instead. It's not nearly as good as oatmeal would be..but oh, well, it works.
 
i have been throwing half a cup in with my protein powders very convenient but very boring... I have heard black beans are very good... I LOVE LENTILS AND BARELY.
