I agree. 1” for Delts works perfectly for me. I use 1” for Biceps as well.liftsiron said:I perfer 1 inch in the delts, but I have used 1.5 without a problem. Hit the shoulder work a little harder and add a few extra sets of side laterals in, put some meat on them bones my man.![]()
