You order something from them on 2day and it never gets here on the second day, you order something on 3day and it never gets here on the third day. What a bunch of shit. I didn't even order anything that's illegal or anything, but this sucks ... they gotta get their service together.

Same thing happened to me, and it took at least a week and me yelling my head off at more than one customer rep to get them to initiate a trace on my lost package. 2 day air took more like 9 business days.

kind of like usps express...suppose to be overnight but it is always second day, wtf is that shit. i agree, fedex seems to be the only real reliable one
