Because I don't believe that your gay because it's in your genes. It's a choice you make. I made the choice to be straight. Everyone has a choice to be gay or straight. No one has yet come up with solid evidence to prove people are born gay. AGAIN I repeat there is no evidence that shows that homosexuality "is genetic", and none of the research itself claims there is; only the press and, sadly, certain researchers do-when speaking in sound bites to the public. I know I can choose to be gay or straight. But I choose to be straight because it is the normal and right thing. If I chose to be gay then I would just feel guilty and wrong. Other people can choose to be gay and not have any problems. If you think you can't choose it's because something in your brain is telling you not to choose to be straight. Your not born that way.
