NY crew: Sundays workout

Wide stance GM to a 3RM...free gms. Revex suggested suspended but since the heights of all the lifters that will be here on sunday varies so much its better to do it free or some people will be too deep or too high

Hamstring asistance
ABS

EVENTS:

Powerstairs with duck walk implement
Heavy Conan walks
Light farmer speed trips
Grip work

i hope you guys are eating alot...i am :)

in a few seconds i plan on making a shake consisting of all the free shit i got from work today

2 cups of milk
some icecream
3 scoops of muscle milk
3 expired nitro tech bars

that should be about 2000 calories

Yeah but they're expired so you'll probably only gain like 14 lbs of muscle.

i just drank the drink...i filled up like 4 huge glasses

i want to die now :(

upon completion if the 4th glass i felt like i was going to pass out. i cant imagine how much sugar i just consumed...prolly 150+g

Here is our ROUGH Plan :) Time to go a little lighter and work on conditioning this week. No BIG PR's or freaky weight lifted this week...just a little conditioning to get me ready for the Pr's to come in this month...and I will set some.

GM Variation: up to a 1-5RM (probably chain suspended)
Squat Variation: (optional)
St Calf Raises:
Events:
Rev Hypers:
Abs: (optional)

Super Yoke:
Clint: 710 x 50’, 760 x 50’, 620-710 x 50’

Farmers Walk:
Clint: 285 x 100 –200’ with 1 turn x 1-3 sets

Tire Flip: (optional)
Clint: 1k tire x 2-5 flips (optional). 550 x 50’, 350 x 50’

Atlas Stones: (optional)
Clint: 415 stone x 1

Grip Work:
Pinch Grip, 4” pipe, or gripper holds

Of course, this is just for me as I am not sure what Ashley can do on the events as of now and I'm not sure what Cheese wants to do exactly. After last Sunday, we need a rest.

Well...I'm not sure where I will beat any Previous PR this week...but surely I can set a new one...lol.

Breaking 635 on the GM's will be ROUGH!!!!
