It depends on what time of the year but the basics are multi.viamin mineral, whey isolate, and beta alanine currently.

5HTP,ALA,Acetyl L-Carintine,Whey Protein, Omega 3,6,9, Vitamin C,AAKG. Pretty basic things that you can get for cheap as well.
