I know this post has nothing to do with AAS but I hopeing for help nonetheless.

Question guys and I'll use my example:

I have a hockey game this Friday and Saturday. Both 6:45 pm.
I work both days. Get an hour lunch both days lasting till 1 :pm.

I get home at around 5 :pm.
Leave for the game at 6 :pm.


Sometimes I find I have no energy for the game. Sometimes I do. I try and eat some pasta a bit before game time but think I don't time it right. I'll even use E/C/A for an extra boost and when this mixes with a good meal when i time it right.......BOOM...I have a great game.

Problem is I don't time it right all the time. When I do it's by fluke.

Can you guys shed some help with nutrition and time for when and what I should be eating for optimal energy before game time ?
 
By a calander and keep an accurate record of every meal and how you felt that day. Once you see a pattern, you're good to go.

Other then that IMO it's impossible because of all of the variables.
