NPC Nat'ls BB & Fitness - ATL MEET UP DETAILS - Nov 18-19

OK some EF'rs are coming to atlanta, ga for the NPC Nationals this weekend - these are so far :

- MTS
- bigmann245
- The Shadow
- HH
- Radar (?)
- Sassy69

I live in ATL, other people are arriving around dinner time on Friday nite.

Tentatively everyone will need to get situated at their hotels & then we should meet for a late dinner - prob by 7-8 pm. MTS suggests a Ruth's Chris, but we're open for suggestions.

Something that hasn't been brought up, tickets for the NPC Nationals. The price specifically....

Prejudge tickets = $25
Sat nite finals = $125

There are 2 days of the competition:

Fri night:
- 5:30 pm - Men's prejudge, women's fitness 2piece suits
Probably a wash cuz people will just be arriving in ATL and I'll probably have to work our booth or somethign at the show.

Sat:
- 9 am - Women's BB prejudge, women's fitness routines & 1 piece prejudge
- 6 pm - top 15 finalists (no weight classes)

Also waiting on details of an after party but I also think we can bring our own party anywhere..!

Just wanted to highlight the costs - the Sat nite finals I will prob have to attend but not sure if I will be at the show or working our booth.

I am getting there with bigmann245 around 5 or so, at the Hyatt, downtown. I think Shadow is at the Mariott, so that will work OK.

Sassy will be at the Hyatt too.


Dinner at Ruth's Chris (or another spot, but a big fat steak works for me every time) and then out to ATL.

Tickets - we need to figure out that too.

and of course we will dine at the three dollar cafe.

I will be there at the Hyatt with bigmann245 by 5-530 depending on traffic. We could aim for like a 630-700 meetup and then go to RC after that.

Reservations? I expect RC will be a hot place on Fri night. Frankly every place here that's worth anything is slammed on the weekend.
