set the ab station up to the MOST incline you can , Hang by your tippy toes, then do situps/twists

also, try to kneel on the ground at the cable station and grab the rope and do rope crunches ( end in muslim kneel)

rope crunches are the shit. tough to describe in writing, but when letting the rope up, don't stop so you are JUST doing crunches, let the rope pull you as high up as possible and really isolate your outer abs & serratus when pulling down THEN performing the crunch part.
 
I don't really do direct ab work, i feel mine get hit hard enough with all the compounds i do, they are MUCH bigger then when i started and i never work them really.
 
yes well you are lifting for different purposes! still though you should blast your core w/ isolations , although compounds are great.
 
Once in a while i hit them with ISO but recently ive been injured and can't or im too tired from my workout to do them. I;m fucking lovin this dbol bro im getting like 3-5lbs a day.

1-12 tesst 500mg iranians
1-10 decca 300mg lsp
1-4 dballwz 25-35 mg

i'm on week 8 i believe, went from 169.5 at start and yesterday scale gave me 193.5, got 4 and a half weeks left
