Notjake11's Test Infusion Log

New member
I will be starting my SARMs Triple Stack/Albuterol/Test Infusion stack tomorrow morning and will be logging it here (I was chosen as a logger by MR Supps).

Me:

Age: 37
Gender: Male
Height: 6'
Weight: 191.7 lbs
Bodyfat: 13.8%

I work at a gym that has a BodPod machine. I will be getting my BodPod done first thing tomorrow morning and will update the thread with my stats after having that done. I will get it redone at the very least after Week 4 and again at the end of the cycle, but may do so more often to get more regular updates.

I'm not looking to be a mass monster. My goal is to continue to cut bodyfat and lean out while slowly and strategically adding lean muscle. As I've said before, my goal is the build of the cast in 300, not the guys on stage at most shows.

The Cycle:

I will be running the cycle for 8 weeks and it will include the following:

Osta 25/day
GW 20/day (split in two doses)
S4 50/day (split in two doses)
Albuterol (Weeks 1-6)
N2Slin
Creatine Nitrate
Test Infusion
TB500 (4mg/week for four weeks, 2mg/week after)

I will also be using C4 as my PWO mix and BCAAs during my lifting sessions. I have a free container of Cellucor's BCAAs I'm using for now but have ordered BCAA powder, Taurine powder and the limeade flavor to make my own intraworkout mix once that runs out.

Diet:

I will be doing an Intermittent Fasting diet with a 16 hour daily fast and an 8 hour eating window. Diet will be very high protein (250+/day) but the amount I eat will vary depending on whether it was a cardio/rest day or a lifting day - less food/carbs on the former and more on the latter.

Workouts:

In addition to lifting to LGN (Look Good Naked), I have gotten interested in some endurance events and am training for some races. I'm not an elite athlete or anything, but I am working towards getting competitive in my age group and hope to be able to legitimately compete in the fall. As a result, there will be a pretty good amount of cardio. I'm typically doing cardio 5-6 days a week consisting of one long run (today was my new longest run at 10 miles), 2-3 shorter runs (currently doing 5 miles on those days) and 2-3 days of walking on the treadmill (4mph and 5-10% incline). When possible - at least the weekends and weekdays when I can slip away long enough - my runs are on trails rather than on the road so time standards are a bit different. It's much harder to run five miles on a trail in the woods than on pavement or a treadmill.

Nice intro bro...you know I will be following, looking forward to your results.

That's a pretty formidable stack you got, I bet it will shred you right up. How will you be able to differentiate and isolate the effects of test infusion while running so many other compounds?

There are other loggers using it in isolation, but the reality is most people who use TI will be doing so as part of a cycle/stack and we all need to know how it will fit in. I'm using TI in place of HCGenerate to see how it fits into a full SARMs cycle. While SARMs aren't as suppressive as most AAS, Osta and S4 do still suppress to some degree so using TI will help me see if it keeps the boys full and functional for the duration of the run.

I had my bodyfat measured in the BodPod today and came out at 191.7 lbs and 13.8% bodyfat. That number is probably a little higher than the actual number given that I ate my cheat meal for the week last night (Mexican - lots of chips and salsa) and was a bit bloated from the extra sodium and carbs. However, it probably isn't that far off so will work as a good starting point. I will try to get another reading at the end of the week (Thursday or Friday morning) after eating clean to see if we can get a more accurate number.

Off to a good start today. Woke up and after pissing the first thing I did was take my doses of all three SARMs and Albuterol. From there I went and got my bodyfat tested and then went to the trail to do my cardio. My training schedule has my long run for the week on Saturdays and I ran 10 miles on the trail yesterday, so today was a lower intensity day. I put in another 10 miles, but today was walking rather than running.

After running a few errands and getting some crap done around the house, I broke my fast at about 2:00 and ate all my calories for the day between 2 and 9. I have had 2750 calories for the day and about 315 grams of protein. I didn't lift today - typically do all my gym/weight work during the week. I took my second dose of albuterol and 2 N2Slin at about 1:00 and then took the Test Infusion, Creatine Nitrate, Taurine at 2:00 with my first meal.

I took my second dose of TI, Creatine Nitrate, Taurine, Osta and GW as well as my Multi with my last meal at about 8:30 (took 2 more N2Slin 30 minutes prior to the meal).

Game on!

Had an absolutely fantastic day today.

First, for the second night in a row I got 8 full hours of sleep. This isn't usually possible for me - I'm used to getting 7 on a good night and 6 is the standard (which is still about 90 minutes more than I got the ten years I was working in the corporate world). The intermittent fasting schedule means I don't have to do my cardio at the asscrack of dawn to be able to do it fasted on an empty stomach. I was able to sleep until 7, get to work at 8 and take care of clients and meetings until noon, then bang out my cardio and a lifting session all while still fasted. That extra 90 minutes of sleep makes a HUGE difference.

Second, my order of Gear came in from NTBM so I was able to start adding that into the rotation.

Third, I popped my pinning cherry (about five minutes ago) taking my first dose of TB500 (my pins and BAC water came today). My first cycle was all oral so I never had to inject. Went smoothly and looking forward to seeing how it helps the aches and pains that have started to creep in as I've gotten older.

Fourth, I did a max session on bench today to give me a "before" number for the cycle on my strength. Before my var/prov cycle my max was 230-235. At the end of the cycle it was 260. Today, a day after finishing my PCT, it hit 265. Who says PCT results in a loss of gains?

My protocol for the day (which I will be following most days) was as follows:

7am - Dose of all SARMs and Albuterol, Keto Burn (1), taurine (2g), Gear (3), Creatine Nitrate (6)
12pm - 2nd dose of GW, Albuterol and Keto Burn
12:30pm - Cardio
1:30pm - C4, BCAAs (10g), Gear (4)
2pm - Lift
3pm - Gear (4), N2Slin (2), Whey Protein (40g)
3:30pm - EAT, Test Infusion (3), Creatine Nitrate (6), Multi, Taurine (2g)
3:30-10pm - All food for day consumed
6pm - Third dose of Albuterol, Second dose of S4
30 min before last meal - Gear (3), N2Slin (2)
With last meal - Test Infusion (3), Taurine (2g)

If anyone has any feedback or advice on how to improve the timing/dosing please let me know. Always happy to get feedback/information.

I think I am really really really going to enjoy the next eight weeks.

First, the timing/dosing of my regimen was nearly identical to yesterday so I'm not going to lay that out again - basically you can assume that's the general routine unless I point out a difference in an update. Workouts will obviously be different so I will specify what I did on given days. Yesterday I did both cardio (1.5 miles of walking and a 3 mile run) plus weights (chest). After having run 10 miles on the trail Saturday and then walked another 10 mile trail on Sunday, the run yesterday may have been a bit much and my right calf is feeling a bit sore. As a result I took today (and likely tomorrow at least as well) off from cardio to let it rest. I did fry my back with a great workout though.

Second, I'm starting to think that the regimen is helping me sleep better. As I mentioned before in a previous post, I have gone through most of the last 10-15 years averaging less than 6 hours of sleep a night and often get even less than that. The last three nights I have slept like a baby. Rather than having a hard time falling asleep at night, as is the norm, I'm drifting off to sleep as soon as my bed hits the pillow and other than waking once or twice to pee at night (drinking 1.5 gallons a day sucks) I have been out for 7.5+ hours three nights in a row.

Third, I have to say that my energy/mood/general sense of well being have all been through the roof. I'm awake and alert all day long, don't have the midafternoon energy crash and just feel GOOD all day. The IF eating schedule has actually resulted in me thinking less about food all day and that energy makes me more able to focus on the tasks at hand. And my two workouts have been absolutely killer. I'm dialed in an focused and can feel every rep. I've felt like superman and have been a bit reluctant to end the workout even when I know I've done enough. I literally can't wait to get back in the gym and lift again.

Fourth, I think I may be in love with TB500. Overnight there was definitely a noticable difference in the little aches and pains that have appeared over the years. The most noticable was my right knee, which has some ligament damage. It is managable and not really a problem normally, but I didn't feel it at all today despite being on my feet for over 12 hours.

The one thing I'm still trying to dial in on is what I want to set for a calorie goal. I have to find the right balance between getting enough calories to feed my training and maintain/add some lean muscle while still staying low enough to keep my body melting fat off. I did 3000 calories with over 300 grams of protein each of the first two days. It's looking like today will be closer to 2500 calories but still over that 300 grams of protein line (I know I want to hit that as a minimum every day). Based on my bodpod results, my RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) is almost exactly 2000 calories. Factor in that I'm relatively active given my job (personal trainer), my cardio (over 30-35 miles per week of running and/or walking incline treadmill or trails), lifting (4-5 sessions a week) and two hours a week of a kettlebell bootcamp workout and that number obviously goes way up. But I'm also trying to cut bodyfat and shred my midsection. I'm thinking that a 2500 number may be best for most days, but not sure if that's maybe cutting too much. Would definitely appreciate any feedback anyone wants to share on this one.

Great log so far buddy! What day of taking TI did you start to feel the difference in energy/mood/well-being?

Yesterday was the third day amd was the first where it was really noticable. Felt good Monday but great yesterday and today.

Another great day. Still high energy levels, improved mood and focus and just feeling damned good all around. The regimen was pretty much the same as yesterday with the workout being just triceps. The intent was to be a lower activity day with just one small muscle group. My calf is starting to feel better but want to make sure it recovers as much as possible for my race on Saturday so didn't do any cardio. With storms tearing through here I got to go home early and get off my feet to let it heal even more and then on top of that just took a 30 minute hot bath to soak it.

I think it's safe to say that the cycle here is having positive effects on my appearance and giving great pumps while lifting. During my tricep workout today two of my coworkers were walking past me and one stopped and said "God damn your arms are getting fucking huge!" The other followed up with a similar compliment.

Got another full night's sleep last night and have seen that the other loggers for TI have all said similar things about improved sleep.

Decided to stay at 3000 calories a day until Friday and do a Bodpod that morning to see where I stand. If not going the direction I want I'll cut back to 2500.

Compliments are always welcome huh??? Keep killing it so they say they continue getting bigger!!!

Today was a pretty uneventful day. As much as I WANTED to lift and crush some part of my body, I had it scheduled as a day off and decided to keep the schedule. That means I'll be fresh when I crush chest and shoulders tomorrow. Depending on how I feel I may also add in some bicep work.

I also took another day off from cardio. While my calf is feeling better - more every day - I want to make sure it's fresh and ready to go on Saturday so won't do any running tomorrow either. That way I can give my best effort in the race.

On the diet side of things, I had 3000, 3000 and 2870 calories the first three days of the cycle. I ended up coming in at 2800 calories yesterday and at just about 2400 today. Both days still had me well over 300 grams of protein (in fact averaging 340 for the five days of the cycle so far) but with no cardio the last few days I don't want to be taking in quite as much food as I still want to focus on leaning out.

Still feeling fantastic. As I mentioned above it took effort to not lift something - anything - today. Energy levels high and spet great again last night.

I did forget to mention in the original post that I am also still using MR Supps Keto Burn. I got a bottle to run during my PCT and was running two caps a day. I posted a couple of times during my PCT that when i added it to my regimen it helped me get my diet/appetite under control (first week of PCT I was RAVENOUS and couldn't stop eating). With half a bottle of it left I have continued taking it 2/day - first dose first thing in teh morning and second dose about 30 min prior to working out fasted. The appetite-control effect is helping me adjust to the IF schedule. I've gotten healthy but still have the appetite of a fat kid so adjusting to not eating for 16+ hours wouldn't be easy without help and Keto is great.

All in all both MR Supp products are exceeding my expectations.

I will say this is the best Test Infusion log so far, I am one who likes detail and more detail and this is awesome! Keep it up and don't change a thing...keep progressing!

As promised, I had another Bodpod done this morning to get a better and more accurate reading. After five days of clean eating (meaning less sodium and water retention) I was remeasured this morning. Here are the results, with the original readings in parethesis after each entry:

Weight: 192.1 (191.7)
Bodyfat: 12.0% (13.8%)
Lean Tissue: 169.0 (165.4)
Fat Tissue: 23.1 (26.3)

Some of the difference in the reading is simply a matter of not retaining as much water due to having flushed the sodium out of my system. When you have too much water retention/bloat under the skin, the Bodpod reads that as fat. When you get your muscles to swell up with water, as they do with a carb/water cycle, it reads as lean tissue.

The drop in bodyfat and fat tissue makes sense given that I ate clean and dropped some water, but a drop of over three pounds means that there is already some fat loss going on after just five days.

Even more surprising is that the overall weight went up and that lean tissue went up 3.6 pounds. I'm not foolish enough to think I've gained that much muscle in just five days, but just like with bodyfat some of that is actual muscle gain. The remainder would be extra water in the muscle. That means the cycle is getting my body to push more water into the muscle (a very good thing) and less under the skin) also a good thing.

So I'm gaining muscle, losing fat, leaning out, partitioning water and nutrients better, sleeping like a king, having amazing workouts and feeling like God all day long. I'd say this is a pretty damned good regimen.

It only seems fair - you gave me free product in return for me talking about my results using it. I just hope you keep me in mind for future products as a logger.

In addition to having my Bodpod done yesterday, I did a chest and shoulder workout that left my upper body feeling fried in the best possible way. You know you have had a great workout when the shirt you're wearing fits perfectly before hand but feels too damned tight by the time you're done. I'd already trained chest once this week so just did bench press - three warmup sets and then a 5x5 at 225 (four months ago I could only put up 225 for a double on a good day). Moved to seated barbell military press and did a total of 10 sets followed by five sets of lateral raises.

Today was the race I've been blabbing about all week. I ran my first 8 mile run two weeks ago and averaged 9:31/mile. Last week I upped the distance to 10 miles and despite the added distance shaved 13 seconds per mile off my time to average 9:18/mile. Today I finished the race in just over 67 minutes to average 8:28 per mile - more than a minute off my average mile time in just two weeks. I'd say the GW is doing it's job!!! The track was pretty tough - there was a stretch of over a mile in the middle that was uphill the entire time. That was where you could tell who was properly conditioned and ready for this type of race compared to those that just train flat stretches or on the treadmill. I passed at least a half-dozen people on that stretch.

Last night was the first time since starting this cycle last week that I didn't sleep well, but I'm 99% positive that it was due to me being too excited about the race. This is the first time I've ever entered an event like this and it had my competitive juices flowing. I'm not built like a natural runner and will never be able to take down the open division (the guy that won finished at under 5:30 a mile - he is three inches taller than me and weighs 30 pounds less), but by the time the season starts fresh in the fall I think I can be competitive for my age group.

Diet has stayed on point - 3000 calories yesterday with 320 grams of protein. Dropped my fat and upped my carbs for the day to load up for today's race.

Still haven't eaten yet today and debating whether to have a cheat meal tonight. I've typically done one cheat meal per week over the last two years (dropped 80 pounds of fat during that time) and with the run today I burned over 1000 calories so it wouldn't impact me too much. On the other, part of me wants to stay as tight as possible to maximize my progress and save cheats for days I need them or for events that make it worth doing. Not sure.

Other than the race on Saturday, there wasn't much to report for the weekend. I went for a 5 mile walk yesterday but didn't lift or run at all - the body needs time to rest and heal if you are going to continue to push it as hard as we do. I do have to admit that the diet was way the fuck off for the weekend. It wasn't too bad on Saturday - while I ate pizza and cinnapie from Papa Johns that was all I ate all day so I actually may have even still been under my usual calorie total for the day. However, things went to hell in a handbasket yesterday. The fat kid in me came out to play and I loaded up on every sugary thing I could get my hands on . . . not to mention more than a 6-pack. But it was Super Bowl Sunday so I'm not going to be too hard on myself.

I started a new lifting regimen today. After requesting and getting some advice from Rusttilldown, I started a modified 5x5 program today. I'm starting REALLY light on the squats and deadlifts given the volume of running I'm doing and will listen carefully to my body as I slowly and steadily up the weight over the next few weeks. The plan is to have conditioned my legs to be able to handle the workload over the remainder of the SARMs stack so that by the time I finish my mini-PCT and am ready to start my first injectible cycle they will be pumping some serious weight again.

I'm still loving this stack. I felt great all weekend and after some female companionship both Saturday and Sunday I can tell you the libido, drive and hardons are all more than satisfactory - the two women I spent time with were both walking funny when they left. :)

I did feel a little lethargic and out of it this morning, but I blame that on the MASSIVE amount of sugar and a decent amount of alcohol I consumed yesterday. By mid-morning I was back to normal and by the time I was ready to lift I was feeling like a king again. This cycle really is amazing. Hard to believe I'm only 9 days in!

At this point I'm torn between (1) being curious to see how much progress I'm going to make by the time this cycle is over and (2) not wanting to know because it means the cycle is over and I don't want it to end. I had a short break in the middle of the day today and decided to bust out a little run on the treadmill. I put in 6.5 miles (weekdays runs have been 5 usually) and only stopped then because I had to get cleaned up and ready for my next client. It was absolutely effortless.

I kept my calories low yesterday (2000) and will probably be a bit on the lower end today as well (2250-2500) while keeping my protein up. I want to up the fat-burning a bit so am thinking I'll cycle between lower calorie days and the 3000 calorie days I was doing last week. I won't drop below 2000 and all of my days will still hit 300g of protein. Using that I'll see how I progress and adjust as necessary based on the mirror, scale and bodpod.

Another two days in paradise! Yesterday was my second lifting day in the new 5x5 program and I am loving it. Did squats, seated military press and deadlifts for 5x5 followed by three sets of 10 dumbell curls. Despite going pretty hard I felt fresh as could be at the end of the workout and wanted to keep going. I think that may be the one danger of running this cycle - pushing too hard because recovery and energy are both amazing.

I had planned on going for a nice long run this afternoon but the weather outside sucks - pouring rain and 40 degrees. I don't mind runing in the rain or at that temp, but the combination is not going to happen. It's supposed to be about five degrees warmer and not raining in the morning so will do my run before work tomorrow instead.

I've been very good with keeping calories in check this week - 2100, 2350 and 2750 the last three days - but I'm finding I'm definitely HUNGRY today, far more so than I have been the last two weeks. I just broke a 17 hour fast about an hour ago with 12 ounces of grilled chicken, a sweet potato and a huge serving of veggies and an hour later I'm still starving. I may up to 3000 calories today (the total I was aiming for most of last week) to refuel a bit, especially since I will be running and lifting tomorrow. Other than when I went off on diet Sunday, this is the first time I've had this type of hunger since the cycle started.

I can't stress enough how fantastic this cycle feels. I half suspected Dylan was exagerating when he talked about it but if anything he undersold it.

Log will be fully updated tomorrow afternoon/evening. I'm not on the computer as much weekends anyway (spend time with my son and with females) and this weekend I am celebrating a promotion I got yesterday. Fourth promotion at this job in eight months . . . and this one was a biggie.

The diet went completely off the reservation this weekend. I was informed on Friday that I'm being promoted to run two departments at the gym and that over the next six months will be trained to be able to take over when the GM has to be out of town for the owner's other business interests. I have eaten (and drunk) everything in site for the last three days celebrating as this will be a big deal both in terms of pay and responsibility. To put things in perspective, last February I was within a few hours of being homeless and twice had to go 72 hours without food because I had no money to eat. A year later I'm feeling pretty good about the progress.

The funny thing is that despite the sheer volume of crap I've poured into my body I haven't gotten all swollen and bloated like I would expect. I've stayed on the supplements and my body is processing everything perfectly. With Gear and N2Slin helping my body process everything and the SARMs I'm actually looking ripped and vascular even after three days of crap. However, I'm not going to rely on the regimen to carry me through. The last two weekends have been a bit of a mess but I'm planning on tightening up the rest of the way in. I want to go into my first injectible cycle absolutely cut and on teh top of my game so the next six weeks are going to be by the books.

I have noticed that I've been having an issue with a bit of hunger/appetite issues the last few days. I have seen many discussing N2Burn as a great stim/appetite control. Is that compatible with the rest of this stack?

Congrats on the promotion bro! Don't worry about going off your strict diet... we all do it sometimes and as humans I think it is needed to let us know we are still alive :) Keep up the good work!

This is just going to be a quickie as I have had two very long days at work (getting settled into the new position and dealing with a big event at work today).

Back on track with diet. Workouts have been badass and I'm loving this 5x5 routine. Mood is great. Only issue is being a bit tired after two long days of work and not enough sleep. I have another very long day tomorrow, but the rest of the week after that opens up and I'll be able to catch up on sleep. Even without it I'm still doing well - lifts continuing to increase, body rebounding from the binges and loving life.

On each exercise I ramp up to working weight with a couple warmups and then do 5x5 at my working weight. I'm doing a two day split with the following breakdown:

Day 1 - Squat, Bench Press, Bent Over Barbell Row
Day 2 - Squat, Seated Barbell Press, Deadlift

On Day 1 I superset Chinups with the Squats and Day 2 I do Pullups (not part of a standard 5x5 but I'm training for endurance races and a tough mudder so helps with my conditioning). At the end of Day 1 I do one or two tricep exercises and after Day 2 I do biceps. I'm lifting 3 days a week (typically MWF) so each workout gets done 3 times every 2 weeks.

I'm debating switching that breakdown because I don't know that I want to be doing squats 3x per week. My thought is to do the following

Squat
Bench
Seated Barbell Press
Triceps exercises

Deadlift
Bent Over Barbelll Row
Pullups
Bicep Exercises

With this split I could do each 2x/week for four total workous (MT/ThF for example). Still toying with this idea.

I have noticed that I've been having an issue with a bit of hunger/appetite issues the last few days. I have seen many discussing N2Burn as a great stim/appetite control. Is that compatible with the rest of this stack?

take 1 n2burn in the morning with an egg or apple. it will murder your appetite throughout the day. if you aren't worried about the scale going up then don't worry about it. I am doing a 1 week hard cut ahead of pictures after bulking for almost 2 months and this has been my strategy and its working well.. abs are showing well..

I agree with steve here. N2Burn is great unless you are trying to gain some weight.

It's almost spring time here, though, so i'm running it with my sarms with great effect. Lot's of sweating and not much hunger!

Will have a full update tonight - just home for a quick meal before back to work. Basically settled into new position now so will be able to return to more regular schedule with posts.

I apologize for the lack of updates. I spent most of last week getting settled into my new position, going through additional training and dealing with shit at work. My schedule is normalizing now so I will be back to my usual update schedule.

I have stayed on track with my workouts and my SARMs/Albuterol/TI/Supps. I'm continuing to feel the same sense of well being, sleeping like a baby and recovering very well from my workouts. My strength has continued to improve and I'm really looking forward to doing a max out at the end of this cycle to see how much progress I've made.

A couple of notes:

1. I did make a change in my workouts effective this week. The traditional 5x5 routine with squats 3/week was too much. I've switched to a two day split using a modified 5x5 that I started this week. Each workout will be done twice each week and the focus is still on the large compound lifts, I just changed the structure to give my legs a bit of rest between.

2. My second race (and longest run to date) will be this Saturday. It's a half-marathon trail race and I'm pretty pumped about it.

3. My diet was all over the place last week with the messed up schedule. However, I have added motivation to get back on track. An ex who broke my heart a couple years ago is going to be at a party I'm going to in three weeks. Last time she saw me I was still 60+ pounds overweight. Not a single bit of unclean food will be passing my lips until then as I plan on looking my absolute best.

4. I'm having a blast planning my next cycle after my mini-PCT from this. New transdermals, HGH and perhaps even the new SARM from unique. I've got a thread up on the forum at NTBM that I posted last night discussing it:

Designing My Ultimate Cycle

As an FYI, Nate has made me a Mod over at that forum and I will be logging my cycles there as well after this one. Those of you who aren't already members there should be - we've had some pretty amazing conversations/threads about the new compounds and everyone should be getting involved.

My husband was looking over my shoulder and wanted me to tell you to keep it up, he chose you to log for a reason...thanks for your dedication to your log...he is still watching from a far!

I'm feeling stronger and stronger every single day while simultaneously dropping fat and leaning out. That's a pretty mindblowing combination. Before starting this cycle I was experimenting with 5x5 on bench for a while. About a week before the cycle I tried and failed to complete the 5x5 at 215. Today I did the full 5x5 at 220 and felt like I could have done more. It took an exercise of will to not keep going for more reps after finishing the fifth set. Friday I will try 225 - one of those milestone ego numbers - and proceed on plan, but the temptation to see how high I can go is there. Patience grasshopper.

While the bad eating the last couple of weeks had me storing some water and looking a bit soft, two days of clean eating has me looking nice and tight again. I mentioned a while back that one of my coworkers had commented on my arms getting huge. The same guy today commented that I was making him and the other trainers on staff look bad given that I am over a decade older than most of them but am in as good if not better condition. That was fun to hear.

The only downside is that the last couple of days I have started to notice some vision sides from the S4. I upped the dosage to 60mg/day at the start of week three (8 days ago) and the sides started this weekend. They aren't serious or even a problem - slight yellow tint and some small delay in adapting from bright light to dark but hasn't been even a hint of an issue with driving even at night - but I'm paying attention to make sure they don't get worse. If they stay like this I won't change anything. If they get worse I'll go to 5/2.

Just as a heads up - I will be doing a separate log on behalf of a friend/client who will be running the transderm test/winny. He doesn't want to be named or identified but has agreed to let me post info about the cycle and his workouts to help others see how it goes. I'll post on his behalf and since I do his workouts I'll be able to give an impartial review as it goes.

Not a lot to report today as it's an off day from working out (no cardio or lifting). However, there are two things worth noting:

1. More than usual, it's actually difficult to NOT workout. My energy levels are so high and my body is feeling so good that I WANT to be active and pushing it. However, my mind knows I need recovery time so I'm being good . . . so far.

2. My diet has gotten back in check and I'm 3-4 days clean now. Looking lean and loving it.

Today was a tough day, not because of diet or side effects or anything of the sort. It was a tough day because for the second straight day I had to force myself not to workout.

On the cardio front, I took yesterday and today off and will again tomorrow as my first half-marathon (a trail run of course - because what kind of person does their first half on a normal road, that would make too much fucking sense) is on Saturday morning so it's time to let my legs rest and recover so I go into it fresh. I am very aware of straining my calf overdoing it in training for my first race so being extra cautious. My ex-girlfriend, who I have stayed friends with, has been working on my legs all week to help me prep (therapeutic massage, ultrasound and tape in exchange for me "massaging" her in return). I'm getting a sports massage at a local spa tomorrow afternoon (gift certificate from a client I got for Xmas). The Saturday morning my ex is going to do another ultrasound and tape me up.

On the weights front, today would have been squats and deads and with the race less than 48 hours away I decided to pass and hold off until next week. I'll do the planned upper body workout tomorrow (bench, incline and military 5x5 and some arm work to supplement), but nothing that will have me anything less than fresh come Saturday morning.

Diet has been on track all week. I decided last weekend to stay at 2250 calories for the week with the intention of going a bit higher tomorrow to carb up a little for the race. As of now I'm pretty much EXACTLY on track (average 2225). My plan for the last five weeks is to average 2500 so the extra 1000 calories I saved Monday through Thursday will go to adding some carbs to each of my meals tomorrow and a pre-race snack.

I'm loving this cycle and feeling absolutely fantastic. As I've said before, on the one hand I wish I could stay on this cycle indefinitely. On the other, I'm so looking forward to my first true AAS cycle (ie - including test).

Today was a pretty epic day. Did my upper body 5x5 workout and absolutely crushed it. As I mentioned in an earlier update, I was going for 5x5 at 225 today and not only completed the full five sets, I did it without feeling the need to call for a spot and with no hesitation. I then banged out 5x5 at 185 on incline bench (did 165 last workout and it was too low) followed by 5x5 in seated barbell press at 135 (did 125 last time) and felt like I should have gone higher for both. I'm literally getting stronger every single workout.

Tomorrow is my half-marathon and it's going to be an interesting one. Not only is it a trail run instead of a road race, it has been raining here for the last 24 hours so it's going to be a sloppy mess. This will be my first run over 10 miles so I'm curious to see how it goes. I used the extra calories I'd saved all week to add a few extra servings of carbs with each meal, finishing the night with some pasta (not a gorging like many do to carb up but a good sized portion). For the last five days that puts me at exactly the 2500/day I was aiming for and I'm feeling amped up and ready to go.

That's another item checked off the bucket list. This morning I ran my first ever half marathon. It was a trail race and the race would have been hard enough even with good weather. After two days of rain it was a complete and utter mess - I was soaked from the knee down within the first mile and by the midway point my feet felt like they were carrying 10 pounds of water.

I finished the race in under 2:07 for a 9:41/mile pace. I had originally hoped to break the two hour barrier, but between an injured calf and the sloppy conditions I am still pleased to have at least stayed under 10 minute miles. I actually finished four spots higher in my age group this time as compared to the last race (10th this time as compared to 14th in the 8 mile run three weeks ago), despite there being nearly twice as many total runners. Apparently I'm not the only one that was slowed by the weather/conditions.

Having completed the run I will say it was arguably the toughest physical challenge I've ever done and I have a whole new respect for long distance runners. My body is really not pleased with me right now, but it was worth it and I know I'll do it again.

Nice job Bro! Keep it up...

I took Sunday off from pretty much everything to recover from the race on Saturday. I was surprised that I wasn't anywhere near as sore as I expected to be. I literally could barely walk after the race to get back to the car and walking up the 8 stairs to my apartment when I got home was almost too much to bother. But a couple hours later I was walking with only a slight limp on my injured calf and by the time evening rolled around I was pretty much fine. Yesterday I was a little sore but nothing compared to what I expected today just a little tight in the calves. I did 45 minutes of cardio and was going to do my normal full leg day workout but my calves were still a little too tight/sore for squats. Did deadlifts and bent over rows with no issue whatsoever and went up in weight on both.

Diet over the weekend was off after the race but clean today - 2000 calories and 260g protein.

Feeling good and am already looking forward to my next race.

I did another half hour of cardio today and followed that up with a chest/shoulder workout. I did the same lifts as on Friday and tried upping the weight on all three exercises. I went up five pounds on bench, ten pounds on incline and five pounds on seated barbell press and still banged out all reps for the 5x5 routine. It's just amazing to feel like I can do anything I want in the gym - the weights are going up every time I workout and I'm hitting every rep, full range of motion, steady pace and just keep pumping them out.

^^^Great job buddy...glad to see everything's hitting on all cylinders for you. The strength gains must feel awesome.

^^^Great job buddy...glad to see everything's hitting on all cylinders for you. The strength gains must feel awesome.

It's almost like going back to when you first started lifting and were stronger every single time you went into the gym. It is pretty amazing.

Unfortunately I have come down with a cold, one of the dangers of having a six year old son (aka "the carrier monkey"). Today was a scheduled day off anyway so it hasn't set me back, but depending on how I feel tomorrow and Friday I may hold off on working out a day or two to recover.

Despite being sick, which usually sends me into a carb eating fit, I kept myself on track with my diet today. I went up a bit on calories (2750 as compared to the 2250 I have had the last couple of days), but I stayed with clean calories and my average for the week is still under 2500 which is my goal for the next month.

As mentioned in my last post, Wednesday was a scheduled day off and I took Thursday off to give my body a chance to recover. I decided yesterday to change things up just a little bit and rather than doing my usual 5x5 for bench press I decided to test out my max to see what progress I had made. Almost five weeks ago I did a max at 265 at the end of my PCT from my all oral cycle. Yesterday, I did several warmup sets up through 245 and the bar felt weightless. I didn't even bother asking for a spot when I did 265 and it was as easy as I expected it to be. I added another 10 pounds and while I did have a spotter this time the weight went up without a pause. I moved up 10 pounds more and while this time it took far more effort and the weight moved much slower, I put up 285 without breaking form (i.e. - bar to chest, no bouncing, no lifting ass off the bench). So in five weeks of this SARMs/Albuterol/Test Infusion cycle I've added 20 pounds to my bench.

I'm debating a change to the plan. I have three weeks left of this cycle. I'm considering switching from Test Infusion to HCGenerate for the last three weeks and using the remainder of the Test Infusion during the PCT after the cycle is complete. I think moving over and then back will give me an added boost during my PCT to help prepare for the cycle to follow. Would love to hear some thoughts on that issue.

I'm doing the same minus s4 and albuterol as I cut pretty easily. The test infusion has been doing me well and I'm running raspberry ketones, creatine nitrate, and forma to boot.
Honestly I'd run the test infusion right thru the pct. I'm really liking it and I'm in week 2. I've been sweating like a bastard at night time and aggression is way up for sure. Both good and bad. Fuse is a bit short but keeping a stable head. Anyway I'm getting off topic. Run the test infusion straight thru with the bridge double dosed and the unleashed/ post cycle combo for pct if that's the route u wanna go. I don't believe in mixing too many supps if its unnecessary and I think in this case it's unnecessary. Just my opinion tho.

Have you been getting head aches? I've been getting them bad the past 2 days

The above-quoted post was from last Tuesday, the last time I did the full 5x5 routine for chest and shoulders (last chest/shoulder workout I did a maxout instead). Today I did it again and added another 5 to bench, 10 to incline and 5 to military press. Still hit all sets without hitting failure. I was truly surprised today as I ate very little yesterday (more on this below) and thought my energy would be down after just 1500 calories yesterday and training fasted today at 2pm. In reality I felt I could have done at least 5-10 pounds more on each lift (we'll see how that goes next time I do this workout).

I have really, finally and truly gotten my diet back under control. I set a goal to stay at an average of no more than 2250 calories for the month of March, and that total has to include all cheats. So far in the first five days of the month I'm at just under 2100/day and I can see a difference. My only regret on this cycle is that I wasn't better about keeping food under control the first half of the cycle, but then again that may have helped fuel the strength and mass increases (there is a VERY visible increase in the size of my chest and shoulders - shirts are fitting differently). I'm going to finish strong and crush the rest of the way in.

As an aside, this Saturday I am competing in my first mud run with another of my clients and his buddies - the Spartan Race in Atlanta. They are not the most fit group of guys so we are just doing the sprint, but will give me some idea what to expect in future events.

I'm such a fucking retard.

I registered a while back to do the Spartan Race, which will be this Saturday. When I registered, there was an option to do an additional opening event called the "Hurricane Heat" as a warmup the morning of the event. It wasn't described, but I figured it's just a warmup and if I'm going to do the event I should do it all the way. Today I got my pre-race info with a description of the whole process. The fucking "warmup" is a 3-4 hour long event that starts at 6 in the fucking morning. It starts so early that we are required to wear headlamps because it will still be dark out.

Then I have the actual race itself at 12:30.

This thing may kill me.

I've done a couple, and I'd like to make you feel better and say it isn't that bad, but I won't lie bro....you're gonna want to bring a vial of poison to drink about halfway through.

Those things are so damn badass. They advertise to be for the average guy, but once you're knee deep in it you realize why they call it the Spartan Race....

The race itself doesn't concern me. I promised a client to run it with him and their team is just doing the sprint - 5k plus the obstacles. After the half marathon trail race in the rain after two days of lousy weather with mud up to my shin most of the way, that part would be relatively easy. They estimate it will only take an hour.

The Hurricane Heat is 3-4 fucking hours. That's an entirely different game. And when that's done I get to go and do the actual race, which at that point is going to feel a lot longer than 3-4 miles.

Yeah but they jazz it up with obstacles so it feels like running 10 miles

I ran it while in tip top shape and on week 7 of GW and was still like WTF

The attrition rate was unreal. All the couch potato meatheads quit a quarter of the way in

excellent work bro... excellent detail and I am glad everything is working out well for you...

When someone hooks me up with free product I'm going to give them full attention and log it properly. If the product sucks, that might not work out so well for them. But the TI has been great and I have nothing but good things to say about it.

I am way too stubborn to drop out for anything short of a medical emergency that has them carrying me out. In the half two weeks ago I pulled my calf at mile six. My stride took on a limp for the next two miles and after that opened back up, but injury or no there was no fucking way I was not going to finish that race.

The race is taking place 90 minutes away from where I live and would require me to get up at 4am to get there in time for the Hurricane Heat. However, I called in some favors and found someone who leaves nearby that is willing to let me crash the night before and it's only a 10 minute drive from there so I can sleep a bit longer.

sleep is gonna be important man. And potassium too.

So now that I know that I have this ridiculous "warmup" on Saturday morning, I'm altering my schedule for the week. I am taking today and tomorrow off from working out so I can be as fresh as possible Saturday morning (and again for the actual race on Saturday afternoon). Given that I'll be doing a five hour workout on Saturday I think I'll be getting plenty of work to compensate.

A couple of other notes/updates about the cycle:

1. I made one stupid mistake. When I ordered all my SARMs for the cycle, I planned on my doses and bought accordingly. For S-4, I'd planned on 50mg a day. But with my sides being pretty minimal and having read Dylan's thread on S-4 dosing, I upped to 75mg a day over the course of the first 2-3 weeks. However, I didn't order another bottle of it so I officially ran out of it today. With Uniquechemicals being out of stock I won't be able to order anymore so I will not be running it for the rest of the 2+ weeks left.

2. I have stuck to the diet plan religiously since the start of the month. As noted a few days ago, the plan is to average out to 2250 calories a day for the month, with that total including all cheats. As of today I'm averaging 2060 calories a day and roughly 275 grams of protein.

3. I'm still LOVING every minute of this cycle. But I'm also equally excited about my PCT now as I'll be running/logging D-Spark and DAA (with the usual Post/Unleashed and double-dosed Bridge). After that PCT I'll be going directly into my first full blown cycle with Test Prop, Mast Prop, Anavar and the new SARM (which arrived in the mail today). So there are lots of fun things on the horizon.

The weekend was an absolute blast. The Hurricane Heat was more of a test of toughness than anything else - it was FUCKING COLD out. Being immersed chest deep in water at 6:30am when it was still only 34 degrees outside and then having to continue working your way through various challenges, feats and tasks for another couple hours was a challenge. To be honest, I was a little disappointed with that part of the day as we did the whole event as a group. Those of us that finished a task quickly had to sit and wait for the rest of the group to get through.

The race itself was great. I was a bit tired and tight from the HH, but accomplished all the physical challenges and made a decent time. I'm debating going up to Charlotte in two weeks to run the Spartan Sprint there without having done the HH to see how fast I can complete the course. I'm also going to start training for the longer events they run - the Super Spartan and the Spartan Beast - so I can complete the trifecta. I don't think I can quite get to the point of being ready for the Death Race this year, but I think next fall I will enter.

As for the cycle, I'm continuing to make progress every single time I enter the gym. After taking yesterday off to recover from the Spartan events, I got up this morning and went for a nice four mile run. Later when I hit the weights I went up five pounds on each of my three Chest/Shoulder lifts today (bench, incline and military) and still completed all for 5x5. The sheer increase in strength I've experienced over the course of the last six weeks has been absolutely amazing.

Anyone who has been reading this regularly has heard that I've continuously hit my full 5x5 every single workout for over six weeks now despite moving up 30-50 pounds in some exercises. Well today was the day I finally hit a failure. I have had a VERY long week covering for other managers on vacation and putting in 12-14 hour days so I was definitely not at my best and haven't had enough sleep. Nevertheless I stuck with the plan and I went up to 245 on bench press today. I put up the first two sets with relative ease. Third set was tough and on the fourth set I finally asked for a spot. I still got all five reps but the fifth was a close call - the rep probably took a good 10 seconds to complete. Fifth set I got three and finally had to get help on the fourth and fifth reps. That marks the first failure I've had in this progression. I will try the same weight on Monday when I should be better rested and see if I can put it up. Then Friday of next week will be the last chest workout of the cycle and I'll try to max out and see if I can top the 285 from last time.

Dspark and DAA will be a very nice follow up to Test Infusion!

Yeah I'm pretty excited about trying the new product out and using it to bring me from the SARM cycle into my first injectible cycle.

I'm going to be posting a big update later today. Have had some fantastic progress the last few days and have hit some personal bests both in my running/training and in my lifts.

As mentioned earlier today, I have had some fantastic workouts the last few days. I ran both Saturday and Sunday this weekend with the former being a 5.3 mile trail race where I shaved another 10 seconds per mile off my race pace and the latter being a more casual 5 mile road run that also shaved some time of my best run on that "course" as well.

With respect to weights, after finally hitting a wall at 245 last week on the 5x5 for bench I gave it a go again yesterday and pumped out all 25 reps. The fourth set was a bit of a struggle to finish but the adrenaline kicked in and the fifth set was probably the smoothest and easiest of the five. I moved up to 215 on incline bench and hit all five sets for that as well, but finally hit failure on the seated barbell press when I tried to go to 160 (first two sets went up but burnout hit on the third).

There is no question that my upper body mass has improved dramatically over the course of the last two months. I'm getting my bodpod done on Friday both to compare to the numbers from the beginning of this cycle and to serve as the starting point for my PCT that will include D-Spark and DAA. Big Rick Rock chose me to be a logger for that and in addition to tracking my numbers and posting as I have in this log I will be including before and after pics. I'm still waiting for the stuff to arrive so keeping my fingers crossed that it gets here in time for the start of my PCT on Sunday or Monday (this cycle ends Saturday/Sunday but I'm doing my after numbers Friday as I'm running another Spartan race on Saturday and will be carbing up Friday afternoon and evening to prep for it so I don't want the final numbers skewed by that).

How's this for results:

January 27:

Weight: 191.7 pounds
Bodyfat: 13.8%
Lean Mass: 165.4 pounds

March 21:

Weight: 201.1 pounds
Bodyfat: 13.8%
Lean Mass: 173.4 pounds

Eight weeks and up EIGHT POUNDS of lean mass while maintaining the same bodyfat. I struggled sticking to anything resembling a diet and managed to pack on eight full pounds of lean mass. I'd say that was a successful run.

Now I just need the D-Spark and DAA to get here so I can start my next log for the PCT.

Tested my max bench today and put up 300 pounds. That makes for a 35 pound increase over the course of the 8 week cycle.

I think that pretty much finishes up this log. If anyone has any questions or feedback please feel free to post here or send me a PM. Otherwise I'll see you all in my next log.

Wow...awesome results buddy! Congrats on the progress and gains...

You're definitely a great logger bro and will definitely be following the D-Spark log...
