nothing is more annoying

than getting a bad case of the runs while working out. i was just busy doing bench and i was loading the bar with 800 pounds (don't laugh i was warming up), when suddenly (sh)it hit me. luckily i work out at home so i could run to the toilet, no damage was done. but still, that was quite the unpleasantness i dont mind telling ya.

feel free to make fun of me
 
well, look on the bright side....at least you didn't crap yourself while you were squeezing out a few reps.
 
If you were truly hardcore, you wouldn't let a little bowel pressure stop ya from working out.

maybe the magnitude of the bowel pressure would've propelled the weight upwards and would've prevented me failing (which i did btw, failing with no spotter is scaaaaary shit)hmm.....i think we're on to something here bor

Told ya, the wasted energy going to the can alone could have made the lift a successful one.
 
if its a problem you need to incorporate sphincter sqeezes into your regimen
