Not so right

I read a lot here guys saying a certain amount mgs of test is 2 much but what we have 2 remember is that say 400mgs of test E is not 400mgs of raw Test u have to take into account when an Ester is present, its weight is obviously included in the preparations mg total. In Test E 100mgs equates only 72mgs of raw Test. So 400mgs = 288mgs. So say 750 or 1g is not as much as u think. Its just something 2 take in 2 consideration :)

What?

Well if u think ur taking 400mgs of say Test E ur not its only 288mgs of actual Test the rest is just the ester which is added to it. Test Suspension which is in water gives u mg for mg of raw Test

Are you sure? Ive never heard of this before?!

It has nothing to do with oil or water, but your on the right track, and your numbers are right. Its the weight of the ester. With raw test powder, when you have 100mg of it, its 100mg of straight test... but when you have test enth, the ester isnt like modifying a single molecule on the end of the test hormone or something, your actually adding the enth onto the test, and the enth has its own weight... so now your test E 100mg is 72mg test, and 28mg enth. Shorter esters weigh less, so 100mg of test prop is more test then 100mg test enth. I'll see if i can find my list of the actual weights.

EDIT: You actually had it right in the first post... but changed it to the oil making a difference for some reason.

It's your cycling 101 text book. You guys should know this by now.

You would really think so... but working in a customer service driven industry, ive realized the 90% of the population are morons. No offence meant to 90% of the EF population =)

Ok, here are the molecular weights for some common hormones and esters, in case anyone was wondering the specifics:

Test: 288.429
Nandrolone(deca): 274.4022
Trenbolone(fina): 270.3706
Boldenone(eq): 286.4132
Methenolone(primo): 302.4558

Acetate ester: 60.0524
Propionate ester: 74.0792
Phenylpropionate ester: 150.174
Enanthate ester: 130.1864
Cypionate ester: 132.1184
Decanoate ester: 172.2668
Undecanoate ester: 186.2936

No need to read below unless you feel like doing math, and have some reason to need to know what percentage is hormone.

Lets use test enth as an example... the base is 288.429, plus the ester is 130.1864.. for a total molecular weight of 418.6154. From the above, you know that enth weighs 130.1864, so divide that by 418.6154 and you get .31099. So you can conclude that test enth is about 69% test, and 31% ester... IE 100mg test E is 69mg test, 31mg enanthate.
Now, the above isnt the exact science, there are other factors at play, but this will give you a general idea. For instance, the REAL molecular weight of test enth is 412.6112.. which is lower than adding to two together... but this isnt chemistry class, so i wont get into molecular bonding and all of that.

Hope this was usefull to someone ;)
