The product has to be mixed with bacteriostatic water. It comes in dry form, and stays good for several years.

Right. HCG doesn't need to be refridgerated while still in powder form, only once it's reconstituted must it stay cold. You're fine bro.

Not several years, but till expiration date.
Look for expiration date. It might have been manufactured long before you received it.
It doesn't have to be refrigirated till reconstitution.
