i agree....but i do not forget them for selfish reasons, but for for all of us and it matters not if the made the ultimate sacrifice at Lexington/Concord, Antietam, Flanders, Normandy, Iwo Jima, Inchon, Saigon, Falusa, or Kandahar.

I've been thinking a lot about the reality of the military and the danger. I've had relatives/ancestors die in service; I can't think of a more honorable way to go.

Dying in my sleep at 115 would be good. Honor can only be earned, those of my brothers and now sisters that died earned Honor, sadly they died to achieve that most respected position. I was unlucky to just have been perforated a few times and not had that ability to be "Honored"
