Not enough estrogen?

How would you know if you do not have enough estrogen in you system...limited gains? Just wondering.

Good question. However, the only way I could think of that that would be a problem is if you were blocking estrogen and worried you overdid it. In that case, back off the anti-e by half and see if you grow more without intolerable sides appearing. If so, then you know you were overdoing it. Estrogen clearly causes growth, increasing IGF yada yada yada, well-proven. If you were just taking primo, no anti-e, then you would probably have enough natural estrogen for growth. But if not, I wouldn't add estrogen to a primo or tren stack, but just take more test. Hope that helps a little. Good question though.

It's funny because I was wondering that myself, so I stopped arimidex for 6 days and stomach swoll up....so dammit it's there!!!!

Thanks Maj, so what about these "suicide inhibitors" do the really have irreversible properties? Not thinking of adding e, just want to make sure I'm not inhibiting my gains. I'm running test prop, EQ, var, proviron, arimidex. Also just got the aromabolan from hm gear which has formestane (suicide inhibitor). I'm not gyno prone, but I am running 150mg test prop eod and 200mg EQ eod. Var at 60mg ed. The proviron I'm running at 50 mg ed. Arimidex at .5 mg eod. And the Aromabolan (forastane) 200mg eod....so to much anti e?

Since the only estrogen in your stack there would come from conversion of the test or eq, arimidex should be more than ok, and I bet you could back off of that too. Good thread, again. I think people use way too many estrogen and progesterone blockers these days. A little caution and prevention is a good thing, but too much never is . . .

What if I switched that up and left out the arimidex and kept using the aromabolan? What about the proviron...anti e too right? I know that one is still heavily debated as to what it does or does not do. I like the idea of the aromabolan if it does what it says it does...although I havent seen much evidence. I would say it is overkill! You need either: More Test or less aromataze inhibitors.
