I just found these boards the other day. It was a good find for me. I have been back in the gym for 4 months now after an 8 year layoff. Got blood work from my dr and my test levels were low. real low. total test was 140 and free was 36.3. I have no exp with steroids/test and did not ever plan on doing anything outside the natural realm. That is until doc gave me a 150 shot of 200mg test cyp. I will be going every 4 weeks. Now that i have took a shot in the butt....all be it a tiny one......I am feeling more up to doing this. I just am not too sure how to go about what to get for a beginner stack. I know a guy at the gym that I talk to on the regular about steroids and junk but he is 20. I know he can probably get them or if not I can find it. I was just wondering if you had any recommendations on a stack and a general ballpark price I would be looking at spending?I work out 4 days per week and do 25 minutes cardio 3-4 days a week. I am currently on a 40-40-20 diet getting right at 2700 cals per day. I am 6'2" and 240lbs. I worked out before but took an 8 year layoff. The only meds I take are adipex every once in a while for app suppressant/metabolism increase while on my cuts. I just really would like some direction from someone like yourself who really know what they are talking about. I am in the process of changing my diet and wo regimen around a little. Going to go 45-35-20 p-c-f. Also going to be doing more lifts while in the gym. I am about to come off of a basic beginners workout plan and go to an intermediate set of lifts. I am ready to get to the next level but want to do it the right way by gaining knowledge about what I am doing rather than just getting random vials or whatever and just taking it. I am trying to read up and get as much info as possible. Lot of info for a steroid noob. I just dont want to make a huge mistake and go crazy with my stack and get all the wrong stuff.
