Noob Question of Whey

Just a quick question of what is the difference of Whey and of Cassein Protein?

Which is better for cutting?Bulking?
Can you use both?

Cassein Protein is good to drink before bed for slow digestion.

A property of casein is that it may have the ability to form a "gel" in the gut. This provides a steady release of amino acids into the blood stream, which makes it an excellent choice for a long lasting anti-catabolic protein.

and whey is protein that you could drink anytime

you could use both for cutting and bulking
 
Agree, but I would say that you should probably do cassein at anytime and the whey only when you need the quick absorption like after working out.
