that whole test making you retain fat thing is kind of a myth, it makes you retain WATER which looks/feels almost exactly the same as fat, except unlike fat as soon as you come off the extra test it goes away, and at 250mg it's not noticeable really

not a whole damn lot, but yes it does and it is dose and time dependent.
someone your size if you took 600mg/wk for 20 weeks you could expect to lose 6-7 pounds of fat if you didn't work out or cut calories(yes that's backed up by science)... that's not that impressive and that's a LONG cycle at a moderately high dosage.
and you have it backwards, why would you wait until you start taking testosterone to watch your diet? that doesn't make ANY sense... fix your diet now and when you see results from the diet then you can kick it up a notch with some juice if you want.
