Noob Question about Test E

I am 5'10 and 200lbs. I bought Test E 250. Will I drop in body fat with Test E? I have read test makes you retain some fat but my question is that since I have have some I can burn with a strict diet and 45 min cardio I should still burn fat correct? Thanks again for all your reply's.
 
how long you been lifitng?
hows your diet? post up an exact day of eating
 
I have been lifting for about 8 months but I havent really been great with the diet and thats why I have not burned as much fat as I would like. When I get on Test E my diet will change to the following.

Morning
Oatmeal

Mid Morning Snack
Apples

Lunch
Chicken brest and Salad

Mid after Noon Snack
Orange

Dinner

Either more chicken and salad or Fish or Tuna

Thoughts? Help me out here. I am open to all sugestions. I want to do this right.

ur solution is not steroids...
you doing a cycle of test will do nothign for you but lead to injury ....

8 months workign out your body is in no condition to use aas...as soon as the strenght hits your doing to do more bad then good, your connecting parts are not conditioned and they will not be able to hold up to the weight increases..

for the fat loss..the diet you put up there is absolutely horrible...a small girl needs more food then that...
if your diet is not spot on you will have no results...200 lbs you need to be eating atleast 2000 calories a day

yea u shouldnt be taking steriods with 8 months lifting experience .

but to answer your original question .. yes u can burn fat on test ..

THIS will primarily depend on your diet and how you eat,,,plus your physical activities.
 
You have been working out for 8 months. You have no reason to start doing steroids. Do you even know what steroids do? sides? do you know what PCT is?

All you need is proper nutrition and a decent exercise program.

Give it a few years of solid training before you even consider it.
 
that whole test making you retain fat thing is kind of a myth, it makes you retain WATER which looks/feels almost exactly the same as fat, except unlike fat as soon as you come off the extra test it goes away, and at 250mg it's not noticeable really

test burns bodyfat.

not a whole damn lot, but yes it does and it is dose and time dependent.

someone your size if you took 600mg/wk for 20 weeks you could expect to lose 6-7 pounds of fat if you didn't work out or cut calories(yes that's backed up by science)... that's not that impressive and that's a LONG cycle at a moderately high dosage.

and you have it backwards, why would you wait until you start taking testosterone to watch your diet? that doesn't make ANY sense... fix your diet now and when you see results from the diet then you can kick it up a notch with some juice if you want.

not trying to be rude but just think about what your'e saying man

what's your bf % and age?
