Nomad Lab ECA Stack: Legit or Fake?

Picked these up from an online source here in sunny South Africa. Tried one and it didn't energize me in particular. But then maybe being 115kgs I need to take 2 Anyone have any views or experience.

Just curious how you can say it looks like shit from a picture? And how is ECA stack considered "gear?" Can't you just take ephedera/caffine/aspirin seperate?
