NOLVADEX - is there something you can use with it to prevent ...

such a DECLINE in strenght .

Last time I used it I was taking 60 mg ED for 30 days and man , did my strenght went down big time

So is there something to take to help maintain strenght levels ???

I am planning on using it to get rid of this gyno before I start my cycle .

I think not bro , I heard that nolva lowers your IGF-1 levels dramatically , maybe that is why I lost so much strenght ....but it did came back after I stoped taking it ... but still sucks ...

I have never heard that! That's kind of crazy, that could definitely attribute to some strength loss if there are no anabolics in you to increase IGF.

You need to lower your dosage, and everyone reacts different to the same Med's.

IMO the nolvadex rid you of some water weight that you were holding and caused your lifts to go down jmo.

Nolva doesn't do much for bloat though, it doesn't decrease the amount of estrogen in your body. It is receptor specific.
