nolva on cycle

The more research I do the more confused I get I am on a 11 week cycle of eq 400mg with the last 8 weeks 50 ed of winny. I have nolva, clomid, hcg and have my pct all lined out as far as dosages. I read hear and their that I should be taking them on cycle also. Can someone suggest some numbers for using the hcg and nolva and/or clomid on cycle. I have plenty of everything. I've searched posts on both sites I am on and have found very differing info.

on cycle dont sweat it in the beggining bro
unless u are running a very long cycle intermittant use of clomid/HCG is a waste.
keep the nolva around in case of gyno symptoms
start using the clomid/HCG therapy about 7 days before your stop date and continue through for 2-3 more weeks to kick start HPTA

I run the nolva at like 30mg ed on test cycles and shit like that.

def at least run the nolva once you start the winny. It will help with your cholesterol levels. They'll be wacked anyway but it will help some.
