Loner, I am not sure as to what times I took the tabs. I do know that I ran 6 per day. and I feel sure that I had 2 tabs within an hour before my workout.

Yes there was a good pump but it was not "Perpetual". It would last about 6 to 7 hours after a workout. Vascularity did improve but not by much...the pumps were nice though.
