I got a bottle '22 day supply for me, 180 caplets' of this for christmass. Ive been all natural so far and have been seeing very minimal gains this last month so I am thinkin about starting to take this.
Wondering if anyone has had experience with it before it says to take 4 pills 30 mins before breakfast and 4 pills 30 mins before lunch.
I eat breakfast at about 7:30 Am, a few slices of low fat ham at about 10am and lunch which is usually chicken or a few eggs at 11:30 Am. I then eat some more protien at 2pm and dinner which is usually a pretty big meal at 6-630 pm. I work out usually at about 830 PM-10PM.
I am wondering #1 if I should take the pills at breakfast and luch like it says or something closer to my workout like lunch and dinner. It is possible for me to move my workout time to about 7pm but that might be bad so soon after a big meal.
Also I do not workout intensly on the weekends so I am wondering if I should skip the pills on the days I do not workout.
This is mainly becuase I am 17 and am very low budget, and the weird meal times are becuase of school/work
