Deadlift: 225x5, 315x5, 405x5, 455x5
Jump Shrug: 315x8, 405x8, 455x8
Barbell Curls: 95x5, 115x5, 125x5, 125x5, 130x5, 115x12
Good day. I can feel the added cals doing their thing.....nothing was hard, I wish I went heavier on the DL, but no biggie, I've got plenty of time.
