The cinnabun is great, though I throw a little extra ground cinnamon in it.

The Fruit Punch is really good too. I mix it cranberry/promagranate juice. Yum.

The great thing about BIG BLAST (besides the quality) is that it doesn;t have the nasty aftertaste of so many protein drinks. The natural sugars make it taste like a milkshake or a Jamba Juice smoohtie. WIth 47 grams of protein and creatine and super plasma serum!
