Mon: 100 Pushups divided into 4 sets, two minutes rest between sets (20/40/20/20). 50 crunches.

Tue: Running in place HIIT, one minute on, one minute off. 8 minutes total.

Wed: Pushups again, (30/50/20)

Thu: Running in place HIIT, 10 minutes.

Fri 5: Pushups (30/60/20)
 
I would do one arm pushups, with hand stand pushups for pressing. Door pullups (if the door is sturdy) for pulling. One legged squats and glute-ham raises for the legs, and burpees for conditioning.

Thanks. Works well for me in part because it is so easy to do, don't have to leave the room.

I will have to google sissy squats
 
if you wanna add somethign more difficult do a handstand into a wall, so your feet resta gainst the wall andyou can do overhead shoulder press pushups.

yep - to add to that you could place your hands on two chairs so that your head can go down between them and you get a full ROM. chairs would work - so would 2 stacks of books.
