Legs tonight...way to start off the weekend! Actually, my problem is that it's the only bodypart that I hate training. It's become so mundane and boring......but very taxing of course. Can yous reccomend me a routine to spice it up a little. Something other than the ordinary squats 5x5 or 1x20.......like to maybe try jump squats or box......any good results? Box squats - just done by coming to a complete stop/rest in a chair or box and then accelerating?? Karma up....
