No Gas for Legs

Legs tonight...way to start off the weekend! Actually, my problem is that it's the only bodypart that I hate training. It's become so mundane and boring......but very taxing of course. Can yous reccomend me a routine to spice it up a little. Something other than the ordinary squats 5x5 or 1x20.......like to maybe try jump squats or box......any good results? Box squats - just done by coming to a complete stop/rest in a chair or box and then accelerating?? Karma up....
 
Sometimes I'll do my workout backwards. I'll start with the previous weeks last exercise and work my way backwards to the first one of that day. That's a nice change of pace for me.
 
When I FIRST started training legs (going from doing pushups,bench, and curls only) I felt like it was pointless. I hated it so much. THEN...I started noticing the scale numbers go up...alot. Then I started noticing I getting bigger all around, not just my legs. then, needless to say I was hooked.

stay with it, once you see what training legs can do for your whole body you will not need any motivation to do them
 
relax and do sprints instead for a week and push a car around, the next week you come in ready to blast through the weight
 
I like the idea of pushing a car around this time for legs.

Push it as far as you can stand the burn, the bigger the car the better.

Then do a couple of sets of sprints. That should mix it up a little bit.

Box squats arent a bad idea either. I actually like box squats better than regular squats because I can balance better for some reason. Take a 1 second rest on the box and then try to explode up. They are pretty fun.

I also like to mix deads into my leg days, trying to keep my back as straight as possible and using my legs more. I love deads.
