No gains on test.

A friend of me don't get any gains on test.(500-750 mg EW)

The gear is real(i use the same) and his training and food is also top.

He get more strengt,stamina en endurance but no weightgain.

He also get some acne and libidoboost,shrinking testikels but no waterretention.

Are there people who don't respond at test?

I bet he needs some major adjustments made in diet.
Everyone gains are differnt as well as there dieting needs.

I'm the same way. I've almost doubled my strength on some exercises and still weigh the same, except my testes don't shrink. My strength on the leg press recently went up 25% in one week. Every week my dips go up 10 pounds. My pants are a bit looser, but no real size gains. The strength gain is a result though. I'm not sure why our gains in strength are so disporportionate to our gains in strength.
 
I think the calorie hypothesis is true. It's a matter of converting energy to mass. I wonder how much longer I can get stronger with no gains in size. It's pretty freaky watching me do full range dips with 120 pounds hanging from my body. By next week it will be 130 pounds if I keep on schedule.
 
sometimes people fool themselves into thinking everything is dialed in and there must be something wrong with them, or their gear, when in fact the opposite is true.
 
i have only run 2 cycles, been over 2 years... and ran a lower end dose of 250mg/wk... and litteraly gained only 2-3lb. muscle and a few lb. of water which went away... and i was eating about 4000cal... now i have realized my body dosnt gain unless i intake 4000+, so i can grow... but i do competitive powerlifting, so this is almost a blessing as i do get incredibly strong and can remain in my weight class (deadlift 479.5@148). although i am a decent sized 148... i just dont have the genetics, even on juice, to get very big.... it would take so much food it would make me sick to eat that much on a daily basis (and i love to eat, and there are days i get in 6000ish not-so-clean cals)... anyways... this next month i am going to run a higher dosed cycle of about 825mg/wk test... hopefully i dont get too big, as i enjoy being as strong in my weight class...

If you think that you cant grow on test..why do 825mg test? Why dont you throw some deca or EQ in there?
 
Not everyone responds to test

When one introduces and exogenous AAS, everyone will respond by gaining muscle along with all the other effects. It's physiologically impossible to stop this process, assuming the AAS are real.

The degree to which one gains is determined by genetics, diet, training, and lifestyle. One cannot control their genetics. We have to work with what we have. However the others are completely in our control. If you don't eat right, you won't gain. If you don't train hard or often enough, you won't gain. And if you are not getting rest and living a healthy life in general, again your gains will be compromised.

So your saying if I do meth and drink while im on a cycle..that I wont gain any mass? Thats crazy talk bro...:evil:

LOL! Yeah stay away from meth bro, but you can shoot heroin...that's ok...as long as you drink a protein shake before you drop into a coma...:)
 
i dont respond to test, was eatin 3500 calories when was on and no gains in size to speak of but strength goes through the roof. except when startin takin anadrol.... bam....

Like Swole said You are eating wrong----------500mgs of test will increase protein synthesis,so get 2 gms of protein for every pound of bodyweight.

I think it is almost impossible not to respond to a supra amounts of steroids. Something has to be wrong. If you arent responding to that amount of protein synthesis, there is no way you can build muscle with the synthesis you get from your natural status.

What protein intake do you guys suggest? 2 grams per pound sound like a good starting point? I actually love protein rich foods. Is the lack of growth a direct result of the lack of protein or do you think the carbs and fat also need to increase? If so, what is a good starting point?

i do 1 gram for every lb of body weight when off, when i'm on i will go to 2 grams per lb of bodyweight, the reason i drop back when off is to give my kidneys a break from digesting all that protein.

I do something similar to RADAR , however I do it because I am fed up with it lol.
I lose some size because of going to catabolic state due to that sharp decrease in protein intake. After my body gets used to it , I regain that size...
This time I am planning to use IGF during that time but keep intake at 1.5 then dropping back..
