No- Explode

I echo just about every comment made, and I have used BSN NO-Explode so I could be like "Ronnie", however have not repurchased. I utilized while off-cycle, so I cannot comment with AAS stacked. I can say:

Absolutely gave me intense pumps for a short term "during" my workout, I don't know if I took too much for my bodyweight, but a few times (until I got used to the product) the pumps were so intense, I literally could not complete many sets that I certainly normally would, primarily arms and shoulders, didn't notice as much for larger muscle groups. I didn't like this at all, wasn't cool or awesome, it was counterproductive to me.

Product did give me energy, and helped through some grueling leg workouts, but I don't think any better than say a Cardio-Breeze would.

The pumps were so short lived, I really don't see the point. This particular brand is so expensive with Mr. Coleman's endorsement. If someone really likes the nitric oxide effect, placebo or not, and insists on using them there are a LOT of Nitric Oxide products out there that are less expensive, as collegemom noted.

I don't see the reason or need to stack this particular supplement with AAS. Welcome back 230lb., happy workouts bro!

Thanks Zips... good to be back. For a while everyone was just shooting every one down and I had to take a little break from that. After reading your post I must agree with what you have said. Arms, shoulders, and back ( more from the fore arm pumps, than the actual back) days where super pumped...leggs and chest, not much of an effect.
What is it that the NOxide is claiming to do....bring more oxygen to the blood?
I did notice that I wasn't able to continue my workouts because of the pump or pain associated with it. I assumed this was good and that the muscles where being ripped apart...theorfore healing would be growing. But it seems if you can only do drop sets because your arms are busted up then what you say makes perfect sence.....

Just got back from 10 days in Aruba....I suggest all of you go.....the beaches are great. More so, the people from Norway, England and other countries where all asking if I was an "American wrestler". Its funny how others from different parts of the world think all Americans are movie stars with millions of dollars to burn.

The only thing that I heard is that my buddy swears this shit gives him serious blood flow to his johnson. I tried it and it didn't work for me :worried:

He did mention his other muscles got somewhat pumped as well. He actually also said it took away his hang overs if he drank the night before. Again, didn't work for me ;)

Sounds like you had it rough movie star when you were away from EF.

Could be.......when you were posting back in the days that everyone was on tren at the time, but now everyone has switched to anavar, so much more mellow........ :bigkiss:

Have you taken that cardio breeze. I really take the explode for the energy. Like you said the pumps can get to be too much. Im just looking for something to give me sustained energy while working out and still let me sleep at night. because of my schedule i have to train around 6 pm and be in bed by 10 pm.

I dont understand why u guys think it is a waste. If your muscles have more blood, they have more oxygen. More oxygen = less recovery time and more reps. More reps = quicker gains. Seems logical i guess.

I used it post-contest and post-cycle and loved it. If it makes training more enjoyable and you get a better pump using it it is worthwhile in my opinion. I loved it.

NO widens the blood vessel, which in turn accelerates blood flow to the muscle.

Also...In support of brain function, arginine is believed to serve as a precursor to nitric oxide (NO), a neurotransmitter. Nitric oxide plays a role in the dilation and constriction of small blood vessels in the brain. Therefore, arginine may have a positive effect on cerebral circulation.
