no dairy=cal supp?

ive cut all dairy from my diet. I have green vegies and canned salmon..do I still need to take a calcium supplement?
 
Just take a vit/mineral pack. There should be enough calcium to supplement you throughout the day.
 
Most vit/mineral combos have calcium, but look at the label and make sure. If not, go with calcium citrate or carbonate....preferably citrate. Good luck!
