hey whats up guys......

i was thinking about starting a small 3 week cycle of winstrol the last 3 weeks of my 12 week test propionate cycle......i heard that if ur diet is clean and your calories restricted, u can still lose a significant amount of bf on winstrol without doing cardio??? is this true.....

also i was wondering how my dieting should be one my first 8 weeks of the test???? alot of clean calories???

do you guys think i should continue with the high calories while on the winny as well as after my 12 weeks of test and winny have ended????

any help or suggestions at all would be much appreciated......

No, you will not burn fat without cardio.
Yes, your calories should always be clean to ensure your gains are not sloppy.
What are you considering to be high cals?

high cals would be maybe 3000-4000 a day......i always eat healthy....whole grains....meats.....low fat dairy.....etc....i lost 70 pounds in 16 months and have kept it off so eating healthy isnt the problem.....its how much i should eat......

i weigh 195 and am 5'11'' .... 16.5% bodyfat????

should i do cardio on the test as well?

how can i keep my gains after the cycle???? creatine???

I would run the winstrol another couple of weeks if you can and incorporate am cardio and post workout cardio but not high intensity. Just brisk walking with incline for 30 minutes each session. Make sure you get your protein shake immediately afterwards.

to lose weight you have to burn more than you ingest. C'mon you should know you gotta work to see results.

You should also do a protien drink with carbs during your routine as well. Gvies your body the protien and carbs it needs while training and help to deplete your gylcogen storage.

Good advice.

Do cardio

Eat clean

Extend peroid of winstrol to a total of 6 weeks

Do Proper PCT after cycle

Creatine during/after cycle is a good addition

so 2 shakes every day post work-out? i always do weights and cv befor i have a protien shake

I u do the Cardio in the morning and the Workout in the afternoon take a shake after each; IF u do them together One shake is sufficient.

Personally i take atleast 3 shakes a day besides my other main meals.

Yes you can burn fat without cardio. Cardio will speed up the results however. But up until a point. If you can do 3 miles in 24 minutes it would be better than doing 6 miles in 48-50 minutes. There is a point of diminishing returns. I can get leaner when running 15 miles a week as opposed to 30. Intensity, muscle mass, and recovery play a key role in why that is true.

Maybe for you it works that way but you will not burn fat for the type of goal he's asking for help with. Running isn't such a good idea unless you're a fighter or a runner. Bodybuilders don't run because of the damage that can be done to joints and the muscle that's burned by the type of cardio it is(not to mention shin splints etc..). A.M. cardio is best for fat and weight loss if you can do it. If not then do your cardio after your weights and when you're done with cardio, have your post-workout/recovery drink. Also, cardio done at a consistant speed for 30-45 minutes burns more fat than high intensity cardio done in less time-although, like I mentioned, it could be an individual thing.

Running shouldn't burn any more muscle than elliptical or riding the bike. It is harder on the joints, I will give you that. But if you want to burn more calories then running is much better than the other types of cardio.

My point about keeping it short was to not get to the point that burning muscle becomes an issue. So yeah 30-45 minutes is probably better than 1 hour for a bb'er. However, sprints mixed into your cardio plan will lean you out like no one's business.
