CYCLE THIS IS 10 WEEKS: POWER CYCLE

1) Water at one gallon per day
2) Protein at 220 grams per day (total of both food and supplement)

4) Chrysin at 350mg per day, taken in the morning on an empty stomach

Doesn't Sustanon take sometime to kick in due to the majority of the esters beign long-chain? Theres only a little prop in there so that isnt gonna help much in the short-term. So wouldnt it be better to start the sust at the begining in addition to the suspension......so the sust is kicking in when you drop the suspension?
Like wise, I dont see the point of peaking the sust dose.....why not just keep it the same all of the way through? sust is self-tapering due to its long half-life.

Too complicated. Makes my head hurt just from reading it.

I know this is old! Still makes my head hurt.
