Hi, this is my journal (i'll try to keep it upto date) I just started my cycle today 12/27/04, i took my first 2tabs of dbol at 11am with food and my first glute injection around 12pm (took 40mins to do LOL!) i sucked in like 2ml of air but expelled it all correctly, aspiration was a hard! was a workout just to pull back! I got the bubble and then slowly injected it all in. Its kinda sore but oh well thats expected!. Hope you guys read! I'll post again soon!
 
Had my first workout today (chest,shoulders,triceps) was very good, i had a lot of energy and felt strong! i can't wait for the dianabol to fully keep in, and of course in a few weeks i'll start feeling the sust and deca! My butt is still sore! my left one will be too on thursday lol!
 
Had a good workout today (back,biceps) dead lifts were awesome! had great pumps during lat pull downs and my biceps felt like a rock while doing barbel curls! i feel a slight irritation on my right nipple, i'll leave it a few more days and if it gets worse i'll start with nolvadex. I had my 2nd injection about 30mins ago, it went a lot better and quicker!
 
Trained hard yesterday (legs) was able to leg press 130kg 10 reps, squated 30kg on each side, ive neglected my legs and have only been at it for around 2 months properly! getting alot stronger though! i dont find a huge strength increase with dianabol, more as an aid for pump, which a lot of people describe it as. I just weighed myself (im v hungry too!) and im weighing in at 13.2 stone (184 lbs) that much increase? mainly water and getting a lil more fat around the waist i might start doing CV work! i drink around 2.5 litres when working out and normally i'd be constantly on the toilet all day after but am not anymore due to dianabol making me store it!.
 
Hey bro, good cycle log so far. Keep posting the results. I'm planning to start the exact cycle minus the deca in a couple of weeks.

Into day 9! im weighing in at 13.4 stone (187lbs) feeling very good reps yesterday during chest and especially during triceps!! my nipple issue has disappeared... wierd! no bloat yet, but i'm constantly hungry LOL!

Day 12! didnt feel very good yesterday (thursday) so i didnt workout instead i worked out today (back, bi's) did some amazing dead lifts today and my biceps were pumping like hell!! was a lovely feeling! weighed myself at gym (with shoes) weighed in at 13.10 stone , i'm guessing my shoes made me weigh more and i think my scale at home sucks! (reason for large increase in weight from home to gym) and im contemplating buying electronic scales coz i need an accurate one badly!. tomorrow im going to work my legs!! i hope the sust and deca kick in around week 3!! CANT WAIT!
 
worked my legs out yesterday had great strength! though only just nearly finishing 2 weeks of cycle (monday is 14 days)! really am waiting for the sust and deca to kick in! i still cant get accurate weight measurement til i have purchased new scales which shall be tomorrow! my scales (screwed up) still weighs me at 13.4 stone! im still eating like a horse and training like a machine!
 
Ugh sorry for lack of updates this week, been busy! Today i had the most amazing leg workout! leg press has gone upto 150kg (i think i could done 8x 170kg) shall do that next week! i got my new scales!! i am on day 18 and weighing in at 13.11 stone! gym tells me i weigh 14.2 so i'm ignoring the gym scale and using my new one!

i'm getting really annoying lower back pains! throughout the day, they tend to go after deadlifts but return later on! every now and then i get irritation on my right nipple and then the next day it disappears. I can't walk for longer than 10mins because i get a huge pain down my shins due to the water i'm carrying! other than that my gains are going well, my strength is increasing slowly! i managed to do 5 x 30kg incline dumbell press, many peeps get the deca,sust kicking in around week 4 so im hoping i do also!

Day 27!! tomorrow i stop taking dianabol! my lower back has been very bad! and can't wait for it to get back to normal! my current weight is 14.2 stone increasing alot slower now. The injectables will be fully kicked in around a week or so (i hope) overall my strength has increased!! i can now do 10 x 30kg dumbell incline press, my leg press has gone upto 200kg! i am loving the pump during workout!! and i can wait for more lean gains to come!!
 
Dude, nice updates, keep em coming. I'm a week into my 1st cycle. Will post a new tread in this Section so check it out. My stats are soooooo similar to yours.

OK tuesday!! (day 29) ive stopped the dianabol!! was worrying that i wouldnt be strong at gym (maybe injectables not kicked in yet?) HOWEVER!! i was like an OX!! my strength was amazing!! i added 7.5 kg on each side during flat bench!! and was able to do last set (of 3) on incline 10x28kg!! which being my 2nd chest excercise im normally alot weaker!! the pump was elite!! i'm so happy with my strength during chest today! shoulders and triceps were pretty much similar to last week!!

weight still at 14.2 going upto 14.4 depending time of day (plus water drank)

Overall! i'm loving the strength from the injectables!! maybe thats just the test and the deca is still to come? i've only done 4 weeks so shall see!!, I'm still having the stupid lower back ache and its really uncomfortable!! lol guys who are at my gym who see me week to week were staring at my new increse in strength LOL!! (they might guess im on AS)!!
 
day 37 (gone quick!)

i got exams all this week!! so instead of my tuesday,thursday,friday split, im doing wednesday,friday,saturday. worked chest, shoulders/traps, triceps today!! was a really good workout! i benched my heaviest today! 7 x 85kg (always been weak on chest) i feel very strong! my weight is standing still at around 14.3 stone!! it wont increase! im feeling a lil chubby which is depressing but i know i can burn the fat off when the cycle is finished!! saturday im gonna go for 105kg 10 x squats! and then 200kg leg press! my legs have increased in size best out of all my muscles! (my jeans are snug now grr!)

my lower back pain has decreased!! (maybe im holding onto less water? that might be why weight wont increase?) i still cant walk for longer than 10mins without severe pain!!
