Nightsweats UGGGHHH!

I haven't had sleep problems yet. I have meds for that but this. I have a new girl and she said "were you having some weird dreams last night? The beds wet on your side."
Not good.

Not good.

My favorite part is having to turn the pillow over to try to find a dry spot, and how disgustingly clammy the wet cover sheet feels. None of that makes it easier to fall back to sleep.

The sweats came in around week two.
I turn my pillow like 12 times last nite and threw the covers off me to let the ceiling fan dry my back off.
I haven't lifted any yet. I'm around 3.5 weeks into it so far. I'll start training after week 4.
I think things will go pretty good.

So true. I have to change my clothes 2 or 3 times a night, but i will say it is worth it in the end.

the only time i don't sweat at night is when i'm off and during winter. all other times on or off i will sweat at night. i've actually had a girl throw the comforter off her in the winter because i was so hot i kept her warm lol (her bed with a comforter). it does save me money on a comforter b/c i never need one, just a sheet over me in the winter and some sox. haha it's pretty raunchy sometimes lol.
