nigga what!!!! (re: training high)

i probably tried this when i was younger, but nigga's memory fades easily nowadays. so roomie walks into my room, sits down and sticks a bowl in my face. so i think to myself, "self, you were headed to the gym. however, it's 75 out, you got no work to do, you got yourself a wonderful tan today, wtf". bout 20 mins into my high i think it sounds like a great idea to head to the gym.

good fucking workout, even though it wasn't really a training day. i fucking pwned some 25's, no fucking doubt. fuckin negatives, too. pwned that shit. bitch. cunt.

i like training arms or non super heavy bodyparts with a little buzz...

allows you to really focus in on the mind to muscle connection.

but def not on leg day or when deadlifting. makes it 100x harder
 
80% of the time before lifting I rip my bong a couple times, puts me in the best zone. Never before I run or do cardio though

I just did bi's today (schedule this week got all fucked up).

it was fucking good. just like you said, the focus was there.

lesson for the day, kids: drugs make you stronger
 
Done it a couple times, always thought it made me weaker, whether it did or it was just in my head, I stopped.

Plus I don't like that environment high, I'm especially critical of other people when I'm high and the gym is like a fucking zoo.
 
I would have thought that a bad idea for lifting, but when I was in cali I chatted up some of couture's team quest guy's that came into my club. They said nigga's in MMA be gettin high as fuck before they come out to fight...........who knows.

I guess it all comes down to what you make out of the situation (like everything else in life, I suppose)

this was the other alternative. i also chose a good time. saturday at 4pm
 
no way in hell I could train high. I dont like the idea of the mind muscle connection w/ weed. I'd be hitting a curl staring at my biceps, and some fucking sheep would come out of them or something. AHHHHHHH FUCK
 
Normally I'd say you don't have to lie to make friends but it is you KB.

So man up and admit it was the pink dumbells and not 25's.

that's when i liked to blaze the most, before a nice long run.
set's the tone and takes the annoying edge off of running...my ex gf's stepdad got me started on blazing before working out.
dude is a beast and would blaze out everytime before lifting and most of his friends did too
