Back is bulletproof thanks! Ok, I should probably own to that they were eliko bumper plates so it was only 485, not 495 but still kinda cool to move 5 wheels for reps

IT the 220 didnt take long bro they were non-lock fairly fast reps until I couldnt come out the hole... no point rest/pausing with that kind of poundage

NS if you're within driving distance from TO then it'd be awesome to train legs with you sometime, I'm hoping the hrdc lets me into canada next month
