I read alot about lowering chol with food. Someone told me on here, "get your life simple". Clean diet with a little Flax thrown in the mix did the trick.

I have been using 500 mg Slo-Niacin (over-the-counter) that is not timed-release, but "extended-release". Flushing is minimized, but not eliminated,and the lipid panel results are making my PCP happy.
