Monday-Friday cardio 30 minutes early AM 200 crunches on various machines for variety

Saturday- sometimes a goof off day at the gym with the wife cardio/steamroom/light circuit
 
Delt swelled pretty good from the sustanon, will mix with eq on the next shot.

Work out still normal last set of bench 230x8

got some var also for the end.

Today was biceps, short on time getting ready for turkey day but got my curls in. no noticeable strentgh gains, but horny as hell. My wife and our girlfriend are gonna be sore for a while.

Feeling a little bigger, but I think its mental this early, just excited to be on my first big cycle.
 
Really need to spend more time at the gym, Its hard with 2 kids and family in town for the weekend, hopefully this week I can get back into the swing, I hate having good supps in me and not usin them.

Also ordered aifm for when I switch to tren and test prop, real excited about this cycle.

Calories are around 3500 protein 300-400grams and carbs 100-150
 
Training around the holidays is always a pain for me too.I normaly end up going early in the morning while everybody is still sleeping.
 
I always have to go early, before work, my wife freaks if I spend 2 hours at night 3 nights.We have a 2 tear old and a 3 month old so nights are slammed.

Bench last set went up to 235 with no prob 8 reps final set, not bad, switched up the rest a bit and did some decline dumbells and cable crossovers.

Just hurt my knee pretty bad putting nerf bars on my truck, prob gonna skip cardio tomorrow, weight the same, diet ins 500 above maintaince, but protein avg. around 450. feeling aggressive, very mental tho.
 
Mine were always in the mornings due to jobs I had so I just got use to it.Congrats on the gain on bench thats always motivation to push harder! Don't forget that you have to add calories to keep gaining weight the farther you get into the cycle.
 
I know how you feel. Been sick for almost 2wks and dropped 14lbs so far,but I really can't complain because I only get sick like once every 5yrs or so.
 
Its gone straight to my hip and my left leg keeps going numb, lost 10 pounds, crazy stuff. I get sick once a year, but do great outside of that once.

First day back in the gym after 2 weeks. been doing light stuff and cardio at home, right after my flu the wife and kids got it. Anyways weigh is up to 240 feel great. thru 50mg test prop in the mix last week( the middle day of my e4d sustanon). Got to get used to that stuff when for week 10. Made the switch to Aifm last week. Diet sucked for a few days, but have been keeping it real clean since then. Hopefully should start seeing great results now that I am back to work. That is the longest I have been out of the gym in 4 years.
 
245 bench press!!

almost my own body weight but I am up to 247, need to eat cleaner, been mowing down on everything.

Pumps were awesome, wanted to lift everything I saw very aggressive feeling

I think will continue to mow down, then the first of the year will eat clean when i move to the test prop/tren ace anavar and af store fat gluc/sesa/trex.

Very stoked about where this is going, mad I missed 2 weeks in the gym to flu, although I think my body needed the rest.
