Next cycle timing & suggestions

Im currently 2 weeks from finishing my test/hcg cycle. Was running low test, 250 a week for 10 weeks. This was my first cycle back after taking some time away from lifting. The cycle went well, I gained about 8lbs of lean mass(after dropping 26lbs of unwanted fat and excess weight) while having a fairly clean diet. Im looking for next cycle suggestions. Its getting late in the year, so im looking for a good bulker. However, I still would like to do a cutting cycle before spring. Im currently 175lbs, would like to get to 190 before cutting down.
 
you probably coulf have gained more off that cycle. what's your training like. and post up the diet of a typical day please.
What's your age, height, and bf % (estimate) if you done mind.
Maybe just hitting the test e at 500 with some dbol for the first few weeks will be pretty good once you have been off for 3 months.
 
Age 30, height 5'8", weight 175lbs, bf between 12-14%

Im not sure i like the dbol idea. With the water retention it kills my joints. Just from past experience i would rather stay away.

Training split:
Monday: Tri's/back
Tues: Legs
Wed: off
Thursday:Bi's/chest
Friday: Shoulders, abs, calves

Diet:
MEAL 1: (also pre-workout)
6 white eggs
86g oatmeal

*workout*

MEAL 2: (post-workout)
100g WMS, 10g Glutamine
15mins after – 40g whey
45mins after- 8oz chicken breast, 1 c. brown rice

MEAL 3:
8 oz. ground turkey
1C green beans

MEAL 4:
40g protein shake
Huge pb sandwich on wheat bread

MEAL 5: (at work)
2 cans of tuna
1 cup brown rice
3 scoops whey

MEAL 6:
8oz chicken breast
1 cup green beans

Meal 7: (last break)
3 scoops whey

Meal 8: 1 serving of casein before bed
 
Then just run the test at 500.
Add some whole eggs (3) to your egg whites. train tri's with chest and bi's with back. They don't need to be hit that hard if you are hitting your back and chest hard.
 
I'd suggest bumping up your daily caloric intake, too. 175 is liiiiight. Hell, I'm 190 and I feel light. EAT BIG, TRAIN BIG...

Also, Sweed; would adding some Deca in there (say 200-400mg/wk)allow him to run the dianabol without joint issues?
 
get your blood work done in about 6 weeks if it comes back normal levels start...

simple rule of thumb is time on = time off..

i would run 500mg for your next cycle.. you need to slam a 1k calorie gainer before bed and drink one when you wake up.. that will add 2k calories to your diet..
 
There is no doubt that I can get up to a water bloated 200 easy. I used to walk around at 195 but felt very uncomfortable. I was extremely water bloated and didnt feel right. However, I was one of those guys who never trained legs so it was all upper body weight. Ive been working my ass off on legs now that ive "resurrected" my training and eating routine. My legs are bigger than ever, but still small compared to most. Maybe gaining a lot of weight wont be as uncomfortable when its distributed properly.
So the suggestions are...... up my test e to 500 a week.......and??? dbol or deca? eq? what about pct? Oh, and a shit load of food!
 
1-12Test E 500mg/weekly
1-12 Deca 200-400mg/weekly (depending if your taking it just for the joint issues)
1-4 Dbol 25-50mg/Weekly

Pretty basic cycle I suppose. I can see my dick isnt going to work for a few months..but it is what it is! :sperm: I dont think 200lbs will be that difficult for me to reach. Eating as clean as I have been, the weight ive gained back after loosing 26lbs has been great quality. Im looking forward to adding a lot of pizza in my diet though.
 
Incorporate HCG into your cycle at 2-3 shots a week at 250iu's starting around week 4 or early if atrophy kicks in. Also drop the clomid for PCT and use PP's Testosterone Recovery Stack in tandem with Nolva at 20mgs/day starting 2 weeks after last inject.

ok, so cycle looks like this then:

1-12Test E 500mg/weekly
1-12 Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - 200-400mg/weekly (depending if your taking it just for the joint issues)
1-4 Dianabol - methandrostenolone - 25-50mg/Weekly
4-12 HCG 500iu's( I think my source is out of this for good though)
