next cycle-deca, sust, hcg

im looking at doing this for my next cycle.

week 1- sust 250, deca 400
week 2- sust 250, deca 300
week 3- sust 250, deca 200
week 4- sust 250, deca 100, hcg 1500
week 5- sust 250, deca 100
week 6- sust 250, deca 100
week 7- sust 250, hcg 1500
week 8- sust 250

pct- clomid 50mg/day for 20 days

im currently 6' 2'' 223 lbs at 16% bf
im trying to get up to 255 without adding bf and then do a cutting cycle
what do you think?
 
dude first of all, you never run the deca higher than the sus, next, there is no need to tapper you doses , thats old school, next this is a bulking cycle you are going to put body fat on , next you are stopping the deca before it even takes full effect, it needs to be 10 wk min. to get full effect. same with the sus and the dose is too low.man you realy do not have a clue and need to do a ass load of research but im sure your young and going to do what you want so if you have to run it run it like this sus/500 wk deca/400wk run the sus for 12 and the dec for 11 wks and then start pct three weeks after last injection hcg 5000-2500-2500 and then nolva40-30-20 start the nolva on the last week of your hcg , and then eat and continue to train like you are still on cycle for next 2 to 3 months to keep the most of you gains.

thanks for the input... i got the cycle i suggested from my brother who is a sponsored body builder... he seemed to know what hes talkin about, but im going to try what you suggested and see how it goes
 
At your weight and height I agree with previous reply. I would do test at 600 and deca at either 400 or 500. I;m not saying that more it's better but if it's not enough you will just waste your time. At 225 you need more juice to get results generally. I run test cyp at 600 and deca at 500 for 10 weeks gaining 20 lbs kept 17. Went from 235 to255. Tapering will not help you with anything either.

If you eat somewhat clean, deca will make you loose some bf. It's on and after PCT where you have to watch your diet and not get fat. After 3rd week of PCT lower your carbs and increase protein a little to prevent gaining too much fat while your body recovers.
use an AI like arimdex as well along with HCG preferably throughtout the cycle at 500iux2 a week.
 
good luck im running a simular one but im running the d-bol for the first four weeks to kick start , and then i will throw some winny in wk 7-10 to clean up some. we are about the same size and body weight. good luck if you want to follow my cycle and see my results, there is a thread by me that i just started.
 
I agree that the dose is on the low side and also tappering is not needed. I am a big fan of front loading and do it on every run. I am a lot smaller than you and i run twice the dose so id bump it up a bit. I was running 250 sus, 200 deca at first and played with the dosage through out the cycle found the money spot at 400 deca, 740 sus. if this is first cycle then id go all balls on it with those fresh receptors of yours and light those bitches up.
