Next cycle.....advice

I am running 125mg EOD of Test Prop alone right now for a 10 week cycle trying to bulk......for my second cycle what do you think would be a great addition to Test Prop so I can pack on some more mass then shred for next summer? Any suggestions would be great!

Equipoise. Cheaper than Deca. Fewer sides. Fewer fakes. Comparable gains. 400-600mg/wk for 10-12 weeks.

It's OK to run long cycles with slow esters like undecylenate, decanoate, or enanthate. That goes for all corresponding gear with long-chain esters like those I just mentioned. EQ will give you a steady baseline to work in the background of your test prop.

Whenever I see someone running prop EOD I always reccomend doing it ED if at all possible. It made a WORLD of difference for me. Totally worth the extra hassle.
 
Every day? That seems like a whole lot. It's so much fun to stick myself 4 days a week already lol j/k........I'll see how this Prop cycle works out and then maybe try EQ. Can I up the dosages a little bit? like 150 mg EOD or will that not make much more of a difference? 150mg of Test Prop that is.......
 
Prop isnt really going to "bulk" you up, add deca or dbol as stated above.

Don't believe the above statement...If you want to bulk...prop is fine..Adding D-bol would be great but prop will bulk you as good as Test E or Cyp...If you eat tons of clean protiens, keep your calories well above maintanence levels then you will grow great with prop...just the same as other AAS. Growth or cutting is ALL in the diet...not in the AAS! PERIOD, NO IF, ANDS, or Buts!
 
cutting with anadrol isnt that easy, is it?

i dont see my self cutting when gaining 20lbs of water anyways...well..maybe you do :p

This is 100% true. prop is test just like the others. The nice thing about it is you won't bloat much if at all from it, so you don't have the false weight gain you might from other compounds.
 
i would switch to a longer ester on the test and stack it with eq for your next cycle..

test 600mg a week
eq 600mg a week


maybe throw 20mg of dbol in the first 4 weeks..

keep it simple and make sure your primary focus is on diet and training..

Did I miss the part where your hieght, wieght, bf%, age, work out history and cycle history were listed? How can anyone make a recomendation without that?????
 
I am 6'2", 207lbs(goal is 230-235lbs) Age: 24 BF%:Haven't measured in a while but I'd say around 18% Workout History: Been working out for a total of around 7 to 8 years but only hardcore about 2 to 3 years. Cycle History: I have done Test Enan before a small cycle but come to find out gear was no good. Diet consists of Egg whites, chicken, lean burgers, wheat bread, looking into cereal to replace eggs for EVERY morning, potatoes, about to start up with peanut butter again(not sure which brand is best) and a fruit here and there. Not gonna post exactly how much I eat a day but this seems like a pretty well balanced diet. There ya go Slat, everything u wanted to know bro. Anymore suggestions?
 
Prop is a more effecient way of running test (no dead time), but most people Opt for a longer ester in a long cycle like that.

If you are wanting to run prop, why dont you run one of the prop/NPP combos like what Syrus has out for example. Efficient way to run Prop and NPP together (its 75mg of prop, and 75mg of NPP per ml). Shoot 1 ml of this a day and you are laughing. Add a light dose of dbol to the mix, and you have the perfect most efficient bulking cycle. Starts working in the first week right until the end. You can start PCT right away when you are done. If you run into problems with anything, you can always, stop or lower your dosage. For pure mass why not try something like this..

wk1-10
NPP: 50-75mg/day
Prop: 50-75mg/day
Dbol: 25mg/day

Run the injects at whatever dosage you are comfortable with. Take 0.5mg of adex per day, and 0.5mg of Cabaser twice per week. With a good diet, and good training, you should slap on some nice slabs of meat. Start PCT in Wk11.

So I should be running Test Prop if alone as I am now........ED instead of EOD? If so how much a day? And also I would have to find more areas to shoot at b/c I only use quads and glutes as of now. I honestly think I will stick with EOD right now, b/c I am only into this cycle 1 week. I won't see results until later down the road.
 
Mavy just described my next cycle exactly. I was going to run that for 6 weeks, why are you saying 10? Short vs. long... any input?
 
Well the only problem shooting elsewhere is the pain.....I like to be able to move when I workout lol My glutes and quads are so sore when I hit them with the 125 EOD. I don't want to risk not being able to do shoulders, or arms b/c of an inj. I had thought about it, or the bicep also b/c someone said that Test Prop was good for site inj. Oh well I should be fine with the way I do it now. Thanks all!
 
ED is just better than EOD for prop, and tren and stuff like that. Sure you can get away with eod, or even e3d with NPP. Dont put anymore than 1ml into delts, and maybe even your quads if they arent that big. I stick with 1 ml in delts and quads, and up to 3 ml in glutes.

Try a rotation like this.

Left glute
Quads (1ml into right, 1 into left, or however you want to divy it up)
Right glute
Delts (1ml into right, 1 into left)

If you are shooting eod thats 8 days rest between sites. I always find injects to be more painfull the first week, then I get used to them more it seems and the pain goes away. Practise good injection techniques. Here are some tips I posted for JA a while back, might help you out a bit.

- I know many people who have an electric massager, and swear by them for after injects. I have not personally used one, but would like to try one.

- Heat the juice before shooting it (lowers viscosity of oil and allows for quicker dispertion of the chemical so you have less irritating substance concentrated in one area, this is especially common with Winny or Suspension thats in an aqueous solution) not so much for test, but still will help.

- Start injecting in the morning! Injecting before you hit the sack and then lying still for 8 hours while your sleep doesn't help soreness. The gear just seems to sit in a pile in your inj site. I am very lazy sometimes when it comes to injects so I'll wait till about 12 or even 1am then finally get around to doin it, and then Im sore as fuck the next day.

- massage the area thoroughly after you inject to speed up the dispertion of the depot, again an electric massager would be ideal.

- This one really helps for me. Apply Ben Gay to the injection location when you are done. It will increase blood flow to the area, again speeding dispertion of the depot. This stuff is cheap and OTC, get some.

- If you are still sufferening, you may want to dilute your gear with a sterile oil.

Maybe i'm an exception to the norm but I shot ED in just quads and shoulders for 8 weeks with up to 2cc depending on which days I threw in my EQ with my prop and had no scarring or discomfort. But everyone's different.
 
ya bro ... some people can just tolerate it better. I do 2cc in the quads sometimes, but when i go 2cc in the delts, I feel a bit of discomfort.
