Next bulking cycle 2013

My new coach gave me this cycle to start with and we will bump dosage accordingly

Test cyp 500mg weekly
Deca 300mg weekly
Hgh 3-5iu daily
Dbol 50mg daily 4 weeks

Then he will adjust dosage and compounds as the cycle progresses.

Currently 255 at about 8%bodyfat. 32lbs above what I stepped on stage at in June. Next contest will be in 2014 about the same time then junior nationals in Chicago.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Good to see you on here again man! I honestly can't see you adding a lot more size at this point, because you are already so damn big already. Anybody that has seen your pics knows exactly how unbelievable your physique is. But, regardless my thought is that you would probably need higher doses to see any real mass gain at your level. If you can gain mass on those doses, more power to you as I'm a big advocate of using the smallest dose you can for gains. But, since you are so far above your genetic potential already, it just seems to me that you would need more. Just my 2 cents, bud.

What's going on man?? It's been awhile! I have been crazy busy after contest season with photo shoots and working on sponsor deals. Signed an agent. In the process of moving and hired a new coach for this coming season. Been busy!

I agree I thought those seemed low for me, but "he" I don't want to drop names has made quite a few Ifbb pros. So I'm sure he will adjust dosage as we progress into the diet. He's an advocate of staying low on dosing and going longer cycles. Plus I've never used hgh before so I am looking forward to that.

Well, it sounds like you have the right guy to help you out with your dosing plan, so I'm sure you are well on your way to at taking it to the next level. I'm sure you will enjoy the HGH addition as well. Awesome to hear things are going so well for you buddy. Keep us posted on everything!

PWO protocol. 4 week intervals is the way to run it. I run it preworkout too..

I had a post locked up awhile bck because I mentioned slin. Haha I dunno! Maybe it's not anymore.

But yeah I like it, I did it am and post workout before. What do u do pre workout? I always took it with lots of carbs in my first meal or my post shake

Yeah, I'm rule changer :). 10 IUs with: 75 grams dextrose, 50 grams whey, 15 grams of creatine, and 10 grams of glute about a 1/2 hr before training.. Drink BCAAs while working out. I think you seen my PWO protocol??
