I haven't really followed the pros that much this year, but I just read about Alex Federov from Russia almost sticking it to Ronnie and Jay at a contest earlier this year, and then getting a special invite to the O! Does anyone have any photos of this guy? I heard he is a monster!

He looks pretty good...big, good lines ect, but I don't think he's gonna stick it to Ronnie. Not yet anyway.

That dude's back is AWESOME! Not Coleman or Yates awesome but still, it's really really awesome. His side tri is also incredible. He has great legs also.

His abs are garbage, though. His pecs look like they need a couple more years as well.

Definitely has a back and quads that can keep up with the big boys...I actually think his back is nicer than Coleman's with alot of gorgeous separation in all the right places. Hams are great too.
For sure he needs work on his front, as it's far behind the rest...get it? His front is far behind...sorry, long night...
